11.06.2025It is one of the best stays in my Greece trip!! The room is clean, comfortable. It also provides most of the necessities. There is an elevator inside the hotel. The receptionist is nice. The breakfast there is good!!!! It is also pretty near to the metro station, not much stairs when going to the hotel, near to the supermarket, and there is also a really yummy pizza place nearby!!! Love it!!!

02.06.2025I had the BEST experience staying at The Newel Psychiko in Athens! The hotel is beautiful, modern, and super comfortable — exactly what we needed for our trip. But what really made our stay so special was the incredible service from the receptionist, Mario! He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave me and my friends the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit around the city. Thanks to him, we discovered some amazing local spots we would have never found on our own. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens!

27.05.2025Very friendly staff ! Their recommendations were up to the level ! I had the penta house ! Beautiful room and beautiful space . This hotel is in residential area but well located close to center within 8-10 minutes by metro . Nice coffees shops around and good restaurants as well! For the room , the downsides were Jacuzzi was out of service 🥹for the whole 3 nights ! Otherwise, room was great ! Breakfast could have been better . Not much of options but it was fresh ! Bread was not the best! I love eggs either scrambled or omelette ! Both were not there 🤷♂️! Overall , I enjoyed my stay and I loved the location as it’s away from the chaotic center !

30.04.2025We stayed there for two nights, the staff was helpful (I regret not getting the names) - one of the staff gave us recommendations on what to do and where to go and answered our many questions about transportation etc. She even printed an itinerary that we could use if we wanted to. We asked the front desk if we could get breakfast boxes since we were leaving early in the AM the next day and the chef prepared us something nice- breakfast was simple but quality! It's a walkable distance to the metro station (we used the metro to get from the airport to there) just note you will need to walk at an incline as it is hilly so if you have heavy or larger suitcases it may be best to take the taxi up. We stayed on the first floor literally diagonal to the front desk and it was quiet, would definitely stay there again!

19.05.2025Loved it. Modern not far from the metro station. You can be in the city center in 15 minutes. The hotel is super clean and modern. Great view from the terrace where you have breakfast on the 4th floor. I definitely recommend staying at the Newel hotel.
