A very good hotel and atmosphere there. Natalia at the children’s club is absolutely exceptional. My daughter loved every moment with her and was heartbroken to leave. She treats every child with warmth, patience, and genuine care, creating a fun and safe environment. Natalia is a true asset to the hotel and fully deserves recognition and a raise. PK

We stayed there two nights to see perfect Greek cuisine and the sea. But the hotel is located around 1-1,5km far from the sea. Foods are not good.all drinks are from draft and the quality was very from our low expectations. Rooms are too old and needs to have urgent maintenance and renovation. I can not suggest this hotel to stay. Not worth its money.

We really enjoyed our stay which was for 10 days in total - The reception staff were amazing, especially the two ladies that worked in the mornings. Nothing was too much for them really friendly and helpful. Everyone at the hotel worked so hard and it showed. The only negative would be the young girl that works at the shop very rude and unwelcoming. It seemed like she did not want to be there. The water park was amazing as we had four children 2,3, 9 and 11 they all loved it. The food was great too a real mix of Greek, English and Dutch food lots of fruit, salads and ice cream. There was always something for us all. We had a few picky eaters and both of them gained weight as they liked the food so much. The alcoholic drinks however, felt really cheap the wine for me was undrinkable. The spirts were okay and the soft drinks were great. The rooms were very clean but outdated definitely needs renovation. The location of the hotel was a little far out 45 minutes from the airport and any nice beaches so you definitely need a car we rented a car from AutoBank which was very expensive we found cheaper car hire companies on the island. They only wanted cash and the cash machine outside there shop had a crazy exchange rate which made the euro stronger than the pound. Would recommend to rent directly from the airport when you land as it worked out so much cheaper as transfers were over £95 on the way and was £70 on the way back, Kos town is 10 minutes drive from the hotel lots to do there and lots to see. In all it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back. Thanks for everything everyone @ Kipriotis Aqualand hotel

My family/friends and I have just returned from staying at Kipriotis Aqualand (total 5 adults and 3 children ages 2, 4 & 7). Happy with the cleanliness of the room although a bit dated. We always found something to eat at the buffet, however a lot of dishes contained pork. The lifeguards were very attentive although personally it was unusual to see a family friendly hotel not allowing anyone to jump in the pool or eat by the pool. Some staff friendly, others really not welcoming at all. The biggest downfall for us was the location of the hotel and lack of taxi services. It is located far away from town at the top of a hill. Wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. We were charged a whopping 31€ for the hotel's shuttle service to town which was not private as it stopped at the neighbouring hotel for more passengers and it dropped us at the marina at the other end of town (not door to door service). It was a long and tiring walk with 3 children and being 5 months pregnant in 35+ degree heat!). The hotel will not call any other taxi firm as they make commission from their own shuttle service. Taxis are extremely limited during the day (we tried to call but no one answered) but more frequent at night. We asked for the hotel's shuttle service once more to the port on our return journey to Bodrum/Turkey - the driver agreed to take us there for an extra 5€ (36€ total). The shuttle wasn't very clean inside and not air conditioned. The driver also started smoking a cigarette during the journey (baring in mind there were 3 young children and myself being clearly pregnant). He was incredibly rude and didn't seem to care when we asked him if he would put the cigarette out. For us, this was the final straw and we certainly would not go back again! Extremely disappointing service!!!

The hotel grounds are nice and clean and all the staff where lovely and polite. The rooms however need to be updated. The room my wife and I had wasn't too bad plenty of room and storage. But my oldest daughters room was terrible very old and smelled musky and of wee. But we spoke to the the staff and they moved them to another room they where so helpfull
