​Time for a hotel review! After exploring the beautiful beaches and delicious food of Samos, you need the perfect place to rest and recharge. I found exactly that at Aphrodite Samos Suites in Kampos. ​This place feels like a peaceful retreat, away from the more crowded areas, but it's still super convenient. It's just a short walk from the beach, which is a huge win. The first thing you'll notice is the lovely, well-kept grounds. The pool area is a total dream—it's surrounded by greenery and has a great vibe. It's the perfect spot to cool off with a dip or just lounge with a book and a drink from the poolside bar. ​The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the beds are amazing. I'm not kidding, they have these special mattresses and pillows that made me sleep like a baby. It's the little details like that that really make a difference. We had a room with a balcony that had a great view of the sea and the surrounding mountains, which was just stunning to wake up to every morning. ​The staff (Giani, Giorgos, Vicky, Fyllio) and all the staff at Aphrodite Samos Suites are genuinely so warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It's a family-run place, and you can really feel that personal touch in everything they do. They were always ready with a smile and great recommendations for what to see and do on the island. ​The location is ideal if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday but still want easy access to tavernas and the beach. It's a true home away from home. If you're planning a trip to Samos, you have to check this place out. THE HOTEL THAT RUINED OUR HOLIDAYS IN GREECE. Be very careful with this hotel! We booked 8 nights (from August 7 to 15) and only managed to stay the first night because the patio door of our room, which opened onto the pool and the bar, was broken (a defect confirmed by the staff themselves) and would not close properly, so we could not rest. The hotel did not offer us another room and, even though they knew that we (my wife, my son and I) had moved to another establishment, the manager refused to refund the 7 unused nights, in a total breach of contract for the service provided. To this day, despite the two emails we sent, we have still received no reply. Beyond this lack of professionalism, the rooms are tiny, the staff unfriendly, and there is no indoor space for breakfast, which is served in a sort of messy garden under olive trees, in 35°C heat…! There are simply too many flaws to recommend these “Aphrodite Suites,” which are “suites” in name only. Do not be fooled by the beautiful website photos and stay away while you can.

Samos left me with wonderful memories thanks to this hotel. We thank Giannis, Wicky, and Christina for their sincere service and hospitality. It was wonderful to swim in the clear sea in front of the hotel after a walk every morning.

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. Good location, near the beach. The bed and room is really clean and the service is prompt and they always have a beaming smile. Best staff ever, they were very friendly and very helpful. My stay was very enjoyable. Highly recommend this place and I’m sure I will visit again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean our room. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay!
