Açıklama

Beyaz trüf avı, beyaz ve siyah trüf tadımı ve beyaz trüf ile birleştirilmiş geleneksel tariflerin pişirilmesi ile eşsiz bir mutfak deneyimi.

Deneyimimiz, ormanda beyaz trüf ve yolumuzda bulabileceğimiz mantarları toplamak için yaklaşık bir buçuk saatlik bir yürüyüşle başlıyor.

Döndükten sonra, mantar üretiminin sırlarını öğreneceğiz, mantar tarlalarının etrafında dolaşacağız ve isteyenler için yaz aylarında malikanenin yanındaki nehirde yüzme imkanı olacak.

Sonrasında çorba, trüf ile patates soufflé, mantar ve trüf ile arpa, trüf ile çırpılmış yumurta (isteğe bağlı olarak prosciutto ile) ve mantar ve trüf ile sığır köftesi pişireceğiz.

Yemeklerimizi şaraplarla eşleştirip, tatlı olarak yoğurt, bal ve beyaz trüf ile birlikte tadını çıkaracağız.

Cancelation Policy

Epirus Adventures allows for the eventuality that a Participant may need to change or cancel an agreed service. Notification must be received in written. The following cancellation policy applies:

30% non-refundable deposit due at the time of confirmation
Cancellation 4 weeks or more days prior to scheduled private Experience: Full refund
Cancellation 28-10 days prior to scheduled private Experience: 50% refund
Cancellation 9-5 days prior to scheduled private Experience: 20% refund
Cancellation 4-1 day prior to scheduled private Experience or No Show: No refund
