The two four-bedroom Villas are interconnected and can be combined to create an eight-bedroom luxury villa of 1195 sq.m., accommodating up to 16 guests.

Outdoor living and dining are a highlight. Each spacious villa has an additional space of up to 389 sq. m. of landscaped gardens on a prime elevated position perched on a cliff, offering the best views of the vast Aegean Sea, neighbouring Greek islands, and Santorini’s magical sunsets.

Inspired by the Cycladic architecture and designed with an elegant and soothing aesthetic of neutral tones and using a mix of natural materials, including wood and polished cement mortar floors, the villas exude a sense of tranquillity as light floods the rooms and breezes flow through the villa, capturing the essence of the island.

The Villas embrace an indoor-outdoor lifestyle concept, featuring separate indoor and outdoor kitchens, outdoor BBQ areas, and fire pits.     From the very first moments of our arrival at the hotel, we felt the warm and caring attitude of the staff. We were immediately offered cold lemonades, which was especially pleasant after the trip. The staff greeted us with smiles, walked us to our room, and showed us everything in detail. It was especially nice to see that all the necessary hygiene products were already prepared in the room — there was nothing we needed to look for or request. As a gift, we received a stylish tote bag and a sun hat — a sweet and unexpected gesture. In the fridge, there was chilled water and a bottle of wine, which added to the holiday mood. The room itself was clean, well-kept, with a pleasant scent and a comfortable temperature thanks to the air conditioner. The pool was absolutely amazing — a solid 10 out of 10! After swimming, we returned to a freshly cleaned room — the housekeeping was fast and thorough. Special thanks to the caring staff for that. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised with tea brought directly to our room, and in the afternoon we were offered fresh, sweet fruit — little touches that made our stay especially enjoyable. Overall, we were more than satisfied. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll happily return here again. 100% recommended!

    A big thank you to Theodora that welcomed you in Santorini Villas. We were the first guests of the season and she gave to us a lot of good recommendations for places to visit, restaurants. It’s a very peaceful place away from agitation of Santorini.

    Oh my god - if you’re reading this - this is your sign to book this place! One of the best hotels we’ve been to. Theodora has been very lovely and even upgraded us to a honeymoon suite. She contacted us before we checked in and has been amazing all throughout!!! The view of the sunrise here is spectacular! Place was really quiet and peaceful - perfect place to relax and unwind. They have private parking for guests as well. I can’t wait to go back to Santorini and one of the reason will be to stay in in Santorini Villas again!

    I was already in a lot of hotels in my life, but never made me a hotel feel welcomed and at home like here. The rooms and facilities are nice and clean and there are so many extras. We got not only complementary water and bathroom utensils, but free beach bags, sun hats and even two bottles of a tasty white wine. The staff is so friendly and helps you with anything. Especially Theodora was so lovely. She even made us a map with so much great tipps and cute little doodles. She even brought us some grapes when i was in the pool with my son.

    I can't rave enough about this resort! The room and grounds were spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast and coffee were delicious too. But the highlight of our stay was Theodora—she went above and beyond to help us. Her recommendations for restaurants and tours were spot-on, making our trip even better.
