The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service was very unprofessional. The food mmmmmmm could be better (for a 4 star hotel) the coffee they prepare is disgusting. The pool bar, the cocktails they prepare there are not good at all. We stayed 5 nights, and no one came to clean our room. The beds were dirty and in bad condition, too much humidity and there were even cockroaches. In the restaurant area there are many stray cats, I even had an accident with one that crossed my path and I didn't see it and I hurt my ankle. I booked here because I thought that being 4 stars it would be good. But oh surprise, nothing to recommend. I really don't know why this place has 4 stars. But if you have the chance to go to Rodos, please don't stay here. There are much more beautiful places to stay.

I was sceptical about staying here after reading all the negative reviews I stayed in one of the suites and was pretty pleased- the bed was comfortable, had a nice big balcony and a half decent view, room in a good condition- everything was decent for the price I paid. Upon arrival I was charged €35 tax which I wasn’t aware of but not a big deal. The beach is a 2 min walk, there’s also a supermarket next door, great stuff. Now to the the negatives - housekeepers don’t clean rooms properly, you’ll be lucky if they take your rubbish, they only make your bed. Not once did they refill my shower gel/ changed my towels (I stayed 5 nights). The reception is sometimes left unattended which can be frustrating when you’re in a rush and you are having to wait around for a staff member. I had also asked for beach towel and was given a white one- not really convenient but at least I was given something. The worst thing however has to be the breakfast, I’ve never encountered with such a poor buffet in my life and I travel a lot - the breakfast was really basic and plain, every day the same things. Staff are pleasant. I have to give 3 stars because of the breakfast, feel like this place could do with a 4 if it wasn’t for the breakfast. To me breakfast was important as I didn’t go all inclusive. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but would definitely not pay for breakfast again. The bar was also boring.. really limited choices of drinks served in tiny cups with no straws really sad atmosphere although the staff did seem to enjoy themselves after they had finished their shift.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! In September, my partner and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and paid for an all-inclusive package. On the first night, I got food poisoning from the moussaka during dinner and experienced vomiting and digestive issues. From the first day, the food was always the same (beans, fries, greasy sausages, occasionally rice and potatoes). As for drinks, they only served alcohol because they were supposedly waiting for a delivery of non-alcoholic beverages, but it never arrived during the nine days we were there. There was very little fruit and also very little vegetables. All the meals were inedible. When I mentioned to the reception that we had nothing to eat because the food wasn’t properly cooked and was greasy, they said they would make chicken and potatoes the next day. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Once again, there was moussaka, and when I said I didn’t want to eat it because I had gotten food poisoning from it, the receptionist said it was a different moussaka and not the same one as before. When we bought our own food and tried to eat it at a table in the dining room, they didn’t allow it and kicked us out. One of the receptionists was also working in the kitchen, without a cap on her head, and while serving food, she was licking her fingers. The door to our room didn’t work, so we had to take the key card to the reception every time to have it reactivated. On some days, we waited five times for about twenty minutes for the staff to activate the card. The reception was supposed to be open 24/7, but there was almost never anyone there, so we had to wait. When we told the bartender in the restaurant that we needed the receptionist, he said it wasn’t his concern. Additionally, the room smelled, we didn’t have hot water, and the bathtub was filled with the same water for four days, which smelled and was full of insects because the drain didn’t work. We mentioned this at the reception, but they said they didn’t have an employee to fix it. Above the bed, there was a light fixture that almost fell on our heads. The cleaning staff didn’t tidy our room, and we had to go to reception to get fresh towels. Moreover, on the last day, we were kicked out of the room early because they said they wouldn’t wait for us to clean it. The pool was terrible, the water was full of leaves and dirty, the boards around the pool were broken, and the loungers were filthy. The entire hotel smelled bad and was full of old furniture and chairs that were in every corner and covered in dust. We reported every problem to the hotel staff, but no one did anything, as they said they couldn’t help. Many other guests were also dissatisfied!

Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to supermarkets , and a beautiful beach. The food was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. We would definitely stay there again. Nothing was too much trouble!

The rooms were adequate, some of the staff were really helpful some were not. Pool was nice, two hot tubs that didn’t work. The downfall of the place was the food. Not a picky person but the food was abysmal same thing every day. Pretty sure they reused the left out for dinner. Would not stay again.
