A friend and I booked this villa for my birthday. This is the first time we booked a vacation in Paros and we were very excited to arrive because in the pictures the villa (we thought it was a hotel) looked amazing. I informed the hotel that I would arrive at 7 am because the flight arrives early and I asked if I could arrive at the hotel early. They answered yes. So far their customer service has been very kind through the messages. When I arrived at the airport around 6 o'clock in the morning, I sent a message through the Booking website to arrange transportation for me and no one answered. I stopped several taxi drivers and not a single taxi driver wanted to take me because he said it was a dangerous area and no one goes there.. I didn't understand what he was talking about, I thought he was talking nonsense and I begged someone to take me.. I am pregnant and when I arrived in Paros I did not feel well. After persuasion there was one driver who said I will try to take me and my girlfriend there. The way there was really dangerous. The villa is located on a mountain with nothing nearby. The road was an ash road and not a road. The taxi driver screamed at me and my friend Shlomo all the way, I forced him to take us there. He had a small accident... me and our friend were scared and I just wanted to come. When we got to the place there was no entrance to enter with the car it was uphill we didn't know how to get in .. because the taxi driver screamed at us I got out of the car and started going upstairs to try to get in .. no one was there I knocked on the windows because there wasn't even a lobby there I went back down to the taxi and fell because it was on a hill I got hit and I'm pregnant and I started to feel unwell. The taxi driver took pity on me, ran upstairs and started helping me get into the taxi. He offered to take us somewhere else until they answered me I sent them hundreds of messages and only around 8/9 in the morning Valentina answered me... I told her it was wrong that they told me to come there and I explained to her everything that happened. I told her that it is a very dangerous place for me because I am pregnant and I can't stay there.. At that time Hans dropped us off at a hotel that we paid to be there until 1/2 so that I could rest because I wasn't feeling well. We didn't know what to do, but I knew I wasn't going back there. Valentina got back to me after an hour and told me that she could not cancel the order. I told her I was willing to pay a cancellation fee but not the entire price of the entire stay there because I wasn't going, she told me to contact the manager George. I called him several times and he didn't answer. Because I closed this hotel through Booking, I said I would contact them directly because it is wrong. A month and a half later I am still at war with Booking and this villa because they lied to Booking and told them that I behaved badly and that I did stay there one night. I sent all my correspondence to Booking and they see it as proof that I didn't stay and everything that happened. I tried to contact Valentina and George again in the last few days and they are not answering. I travel all over the world, this has never happened to me. disgust!!!

Fantastic place! Very comfortable rooms with tasteful decor. Very nice view in a quiet location of the island but close to the beach. Good for vacation with toddlers also. Highly recommended

Lovely accommodation perched on top of a hill with beautiful views. Whilst it’s not the easiest place to access, the villas have swimming pools so no need to go to beach every day. The villas are tastefully decorated, the kitchen has basic amenities and a very small fridge. There is no dish washer or washing machine. We found the staff very accommodating and responsive when we needed something addressed. You definitely need a car if you choose Pili Pala Suites.

Wow! What a lovely place. Views for miles. Really clean (daily maid service) and well maintained - the very few problems we had when were there (7 nights) were sorted rapidly. Location is up in the hills and off the beaten track; this means you have to have a hire car but I think that’s best for Paros anyway as it’s a large island. I can definitely recommend.
