Incredible. It was our honeymoon so we wanted everything to be perfect and St John Oia was exactly that. Tassos the owner has the perfect balance between being incredibly helpful to the point of being almost a concierge while leaving us to feel like we were in a private oasis. The villa has everything you would need and the breakfast quality and selection is perfect. The location is peaceful and we had some of the best sunsets ever from the comfort of the hammock. Proximity to Oia was ideal for our purposes. Away from the hustle and bustle while only a 5-10 mins walk from Oias amenities, sites and restaurants. Ultimately Tassos and his family have created the perfect accommodation and we had the most incredible stay. Book without hesitation.

Our host Tassos was fantastic and the villa was perfect. The location is just a few minutes away from Oia and the views are spectacular from the villa itself. Would 100% recommend.

Have just returned from Saint John villas having had the best experience ever. The villa is spotlessly clean, beautiful, private and with luxury amenities. It is a short walk to the centre of Oia but away from the crowds. All you will hear is the sound of the water lapping over the edge of of the heated pool and birds. The view is stunning overlooking the sea, and the sun sets are just as beautiful as the ones on the Caldera. The owner Tassos has created a little piece of paradise, but it is the host himself who really makes this a special holiday. We booked direct through his website and within minutes he was in contact via Whats App with villa info and recommendations for restaurants, car hire, boat trips etc. all of which he will book for you. He arranged a driver to collect us from the airport and met us at the villa to show us around and explain how to use the amenities. Every morning Tassos will deliver a fabulous breakfast at your chosen time then return to remove the tray. There is a great choice, all of which are delicious. We decided to stay in one night to watch the sun set and Tassos ordered us food. There was a bit of rain and before the food arrived he drove down and dried off all the outdoor furniture so that we could still enjoy the terrace! This truly is a man who lives and breathes hospitality. On our last evening he booked a table for us and arranged a lovely surprise for us with the restaurant. Honestly, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in beautiful Oia this is the place to be. Would we return? ABSOLUTELY... in a heartbeat. We absolutely loved our stay here - it was absolutely perfect. The villa is stunning. The outdoor area with a pool, the view and lots of space to relax is just wonderful. We didn’t want to leave! The location is perfect - a short walk to Oia centre but so peaceful away from the tourist traps. The host, Tassos, went above and beyond in every possible way. It was perfect and we would love to come back one day.
