Ouzas Luxury Hotel

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment we enter until the moment we leave - everything was 10 out of 10. We were welcomed by the couple that owns the hotel. They are so cute and very, very polite! The man helped me with the bags. The lady saw my pregnant wife and immediately told her to order whatever she wants for breakfast. The room was big, clean and had everything you can possibly need for a long stay. The bedroom was with one double bed and one single, they were very, very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and clean, there was plenty of hot water. There was also a good size kitchen with everything you can possibly need. The balcony was also big, and the good thing was that it was looking at the side of the hotel that is not hot and sunny. There was an air conditioner and fridge. Again - everything you may need. There is breakfast at the hotel. It is a delicious with everything - fruits, things for sandwiches, coffee etc. The lady that owns the hotel is preparing the breakfast and she offered my wife something special because of her pregnancy. This was amazing attitude. There is a parking lot near the hotel. One is free, one is paid and secured. We parked our car, full of stuff - kite surf, kayak and diving equipment on the free parking and nothing happened, so if you find a spot there - park and save some money. All in all an amazing family hotel! Will definitely stay there again when visiting.

A wonderful family vacation. Beautiful beach, sea accessible for small children. Excellent service in the restaurants morning. Great accommodation! Very kind and helpful staff, which is not common everywhere, and a pleasant environment with a good atmosphere. We definitely recommend it :)

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the beach and the town center. There are parking spaces in front of the hotel. The hosts are very nice people. The hotel and the rooms are very clean and cozy, every day the rooms were cleaned and the towels were changed. I would visit this hotel again in the summer.

We were 5 people traveling, a bunch of light sleepers, snorers and energetic kids. So we were happy to find the "executive family apartment with 3 separate bedrooms so everyone could get some sleep and privacy ("double bed in one room , 2 single beds in second room and 2 single beds in the 3rd room".) The problem was, this apartment doesn't exist. What you get is 1 double bed in one room, and 4 beds in another room, with no "separation" to speak of. So we ended up having rough nights with too many sleepers in one room. When we brought up that legally, this is a "contractual breach" where travelers get 20-25% compensation, the owners tried to gaslight us, saying "this is the 3 bedroom apartment!", complained that we "negotiate prices" and pressed us to decide quickly if we want to move out (there was nothing free in the town at the time).

The stuff was absolutely there for their guests in every situation, they helped for us when we needed something. The front yard, the hall, the rooms, every place in the hotel was perfectly cleaned and decorated, prepared for the guest. The breakfast in hotel is awesome... I liked the quality and the quantity also. Every morning were something different, but the taste were absolutely enjoyable, and besides there was always something traditional greek food. The rooms are nicely and in style renovated. The beach and shops are distanced less than 2 minutes walk.
