Nefeli & Nefeli Luxury Residential Complexes

The apartment was spotless and welcoming, very close to the beach and local restaurants. Located in a calm area, everything was perfect! Highly recommend. :)

House is very nice in Nefeli luxuri, but, the access road is very dusty and must wash the car twice/day,wifi and tv=0. Also some cliends they dont respect the quiete period. Cleaning is very ok.

Clean and new. Only 1 point- there is a construction issue - the ac outside is on the wall - the vibrations are loud in the whole house.

1. there are rooms with bathrooms without natural ventilation. the ventilation system is ineffective. 2. the European regulations regarding constructions and preservation of privacy are not respected. whoever built these buildings should live in them for a few days with some Bulgarian neighbors who do not respect any rules of common sense. 3. the location of the buildings is on the outskirts, tourists being delighted by the sight of some shelters for raising chickens belonging to some locals 4. the parking space is not delimited for each vehicle, so there are situations when arrogant drivers -Bulgarians of course - occupy two parking spaces. 5. all equipment is new but of poor quality. 6. cleaning is NOT done. I saw how some neighbors left, then a lady cleaned for exactly 15 minute before new family arrived. 7. there is a mop and a broom in each room and they are very dirty. I saw it when we arrived. 8. the price is too high for what is nefeli in reality. I almost forgot to mention. The new washed laundry stinks. Please check the washing service. You might have an unpleasant surprise. I think it stinks no matter the standard you referring. Greek or EU. :)
