14.08.2025We were here on vacation two weeks ago. The food was delicious, we always liked it and we always had so much food to choose from. The staff were super sweet, they also made me a cake for my birthday and it was so beautiful that they made me cry with joy. The hotel rooms were always clean. The bar which is right by the beach was my favorite place. Every night there was a great program and the bartenders like Thanos and another girl were the best. We will definitely be back next year!

06.07.2025The stay at Malia Bay was excellent. We had a modern room with the view of the sea and pool. Food was delicious and we enjoyed variety of meals. Stuff is friendly and tries their best to make your holiday even better. The only inconvenience is that the city Malia is far from the hotel, about 40 minutes walk.

05.07.2025Cannot fault this hotel and the shopping. Everything was great, food was delicious catering for all. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed in room with the swim up pool shared with others but no problem 😊 Shop directly opposite the hotel where Kristos and Terri Marie made us very welcome, and we got Everything we needed in there. A must do is the safari quad bikes Yiannis our guide was brilliant. Beach is nice and clean just make sure you have beach shoes as the sand is very hot ! Beautiful scenery etc. Will definitely be going back at some point 😄

13.07.2025This hotel was as good as we expected. The beach being right on the hotel was amazing one thing that we found strange was that you had to pay €10 for a sunbed on the beach which we thought it would have been free. The room was good, although our balcony had sewage pipes running just outside of it, and our bathroom always had a horrible smell. The food was terrible it was the same food put out all 7 days we stayed there very repetitive but the drinks were average.

11.08.2025After arriving, at dawn, we took our room, which turned out to be a nightmare. It was dirty, shabby, and poorly located. (Someone before us might have brushed their teeth there, and there were also hairs present.) On the second day, our room was changed to a more comfortable one after we reported it both at the reception and to the hotel manager. Based on feedback, almost everyone had some kind of problem with their room. There was no Wi-Fi, and even though we reported the issue every day, it was never resolved during our stay. The food was good, and the hotel’s location was excellent, right on the seafront.
