From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. Every single member of the staff—from the manager to the entire team—was extremely attentive, friendly, and always ready to help at any moment. The conditions are outstanding, the view is simply superb, and the atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful. This is truly a deluxe place where every detail is taken care of at the highest level. Everything is superlative. I give it a well-deserved 10/10

Absolutely beautiful rooms! This hotel was by far the highlight of all 5 that we stayed at during our trip. We had the room with a private hot tub outside, and we absolutely loved it. We did have to request to have it cleaned upon arrival, but no other issues with it. The steps might make accessibility an issue for some, however we knew what to expect when booking a hotel in Oia. The only issue that we had with our stay was with breakfast. When you arrive, staff will ask what time slot you want breakfast delivered, and if you are not one of the first few rooms to choose, you end up with a time slot that interferes with your plans. We ran into this issue twice before we caught on that we need to request our time earlier. The other issue we ran into was breakfast arriving on time. The breakfast timeslots were in 15 min intervals, and our breakfast consistently was delivered at least 20 min late daily. We ran into some issues being late for excursions because we were waiting on breakfast. Additionally, our orders were not always correct, and the coffee was always subpar and lukewarm (even when ordering a cold coffee). Otherwise, the quality of the food was great and we had an excellent overall stay here.

Ducato Di Oia was an amazing stay. We were there 3 days ago and the service, views and rooms were great! We were treated with respect and Nadia (reception) gave us a warm welcome and and very hospitable. Thanks Nadia! :) Christy was great to us. He made sure breakfast came on time and we were taken care of. He was really friendly and looked after us during our stay. Overall great experience and would highly recommend anyone to go there and experience Oia at its best. Breathtaking views!

A great place the stay. The staff provided a high degree of personnel service. Our room had a jacuzzi double tub, an outdoor hot tube, and a community infinity pool by the tub. The room was gorgeous and well appointed. Parking if you drive a car to the hotel, which we used to visit other sites on the island can be a challenge as the parking lot fills with local cars

Pros: The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the stunning view from both the room and balcony. The room itself was spacious and offering ample comfort. Cons: Unfortunately, the price felt disproportionate to the service provided, with the cost seemingly justified solely by the hotel’s prime location rather than the overall experience. A particularly unsettling issue was the presence of cockroaches throughout the stay, which required constant attention and detracted significantly from the comfort of the room. The hot tub was non-functional upon arrival, and while staff eventually addressed the issue after a request, their lack of proactivity was noticeable. Contacting staff proved challenging, especially upon check-in, when unclear directions led to an hour-long search for the correct staircase to access the hotel. Additionally, breakfast orders were consistently incomplete, with missing items every morning, adding to the frustration.
