I loved this hotel! It’s tucked away from the noise but close enough to be in the harbor, five minutes, by taxi. What I loved? The rooms are really well-appointed. The staff is the best, knowledgeable and go above and beyond. There is a pool, that’s quiet and the restaurant is delicious. This hotel is a real treat.😊

Fantastic a la carte breakfast and very good food otherwise! The service from the staff is the absolute best we have ever experienced. The room is very nice and the cleaning is exemplary. Several times we have received something sweet in the room to end the day with and a handwritten note. The area is quiet and it is nice to get away from the most hectic areas. The pool is small but it is still easy to find space because the hotel has quite a few rooms. Overall a fantastic hotel experience where every detail feels well thought out.

A dreamy stay at an exceptional hotel! We stayed at Dom’s Palace Boutique Hotel in the Halepa neighborhood – a stunning boutique hotel located in a historic building that once housed the French ambassador’s residence. We were upgraded to the Mary-Lou Suite, which was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and impeccably maintained. Every detail was carefully thought out, offering a sense of luxury and peace. The service was top-notch – especially from Georgia, the lovely hostess, who was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly pampered. She took care of every request with warmth and grace. Breakfast was delicious and refined, the private jacuzzi on the balcony was an amazing treat, and the pool was very pleasant. The location was extremely convenient with available parking right under the hotel – perfect for anyone with a rental car. A luxurious, peaceful, and authentic experience – highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience at Domus Blanc Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The entire space was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, making it a peaceful and relaxing stay. One thing that stood out to me was how accommodating they were when I had to check out early. They kindly offered me access to the spa room so I could shower and change before heading to the airport—something I truly appreciated! The food and hospitality were top-notch, absolutely credible and satisfying in every way. And if you’re staying here, do not miss a massage with Alina—it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Her skill and care made the experience unforgettable. Domus Blanc is a gem—highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I booked a night for Valentines here with my partner. We live in Chania, so I was especially interested in the jacuzzi to have a romantic weekend away from home. I paid almost 100€ extra for a room with the jacuzzi and when we arrive, it's freezeng cold. I ask the reception if they can heat it up and they get defensive and say that it didnt say anywhere on the website that it was a hot jacuzzi. They instead offered me to heat up the sauna, which was free for all guests to use. I was pretty dissapointed, since I had planned a romantic time, bought some nice wine and snacks for me and my partner to relax in the jacuzzi and watch the stars. Instead I drove home and brought some consols for us to play video games. Not what I had hoped for. My partner was very cool about it and we still had a good time. What I had planned to be an escape for me and my partner, left me feeling ripped off by the hotel. The location is nice, in a quiet area away from the hyper touristic center. The sauna was nice - but would had been available even if I had booked a room 100€ less. The room was okay, but it didn't feel like a 5 star hotel. There were several things taking away from the experience. Like the fake plastic grass in the garden, the tapestry falling off in some places (they opened in may this year), poor design choises (blackout curtains being white and with big gaps on the sides, the lamps being by the front door so you needed to go there to turn on the lights in the bathroom or close the lights for the night, the materials used for floor, sink, walls felt low quality). The jacuzzi is a 0/10. It's not a jacuzzi. Please don't advertise it as one on your website. The way your staff treated me made me feel like it was my fault for not checking information before booking. But it doesnt say anywhere on your website that the jacuzzi is not heated. The definition of a jacuzzi is a hot tub/spa. It's supposed to be warm. It was also about 30cm deep, so impossible to sit and submerge yourself in, unless laying down.
