Avgerinos Deluxe Rooms

Such a delightful place to stay in Milos ! Hospitality is absolutely exceptional and unbeatable. They give you some options for breakfast (continental, cold items) and drop it off at your door in the morning at the time you request. They even arrange a ride to and from the ferry / airport for you and were there waiting when we arrived. About a 20€ for the ride. The driver even brought us to get gyros when we were hungry after the long ferry ride ! They supplied us with water and wine in our fridge free of charge, as well. It was quiet and beautiful at the top of the hill and the beach a short distance down the path. The plunge pool was just the cherry on top. We’ll be back guys !

A giugno 2022 ho prenotato tramite Booking una camera con prima colazione, vista mare e vasca idromassaggio per 4 notti in questa struttura (spesa complessiva € 409). La camera è piccolina, ben arredata e regala una bellissima vista sulla spiaggia di Paleochori. Unico neo la scomoda, irta e molto polverosa strada sterrata che arriva alle stanze. Non ci si arriva né con scooter né con la macchina (potete immaginare il trasporto di due valigie rigide grandi). Io vi consiglio di utilizzare la strada dietro, quella che arriva agli Studios. Spero che nel frattempo abbiano sistemato la cosa... Aggiungo però che il nostro referente Dimitris è stato carino e disponibile in tutto e lo ringrazio perché ci ha organizzato il nolo scooter e transfer bagagli sia all'andata che al ritorno (andata gratuito e ritorno € 18 considerato l'orario 6.45). Mi ha procurato un adattatore per il pc e le due mattine che siamo usciti prima ci ha fatto arrivare la colazione la sera precedente. La colazione viene consegnata la mattina in stanza con un "box breakfast". Ecco, da italiana, io amo bere il caffè giusto la mattina e nel box arrivava la bustina del Nescafe. Di contro ci arrivava talmente tanta roba che qualcosa lo usavamo come spuntino: la banana, il sandwich...

Bien arrivés à Milos, les vacances peuvent enfin commencer. On vous attendra au port avec une voiture que l’on vous impose au tarif de 50euros par jour, si vous refusez on devra vous emmener à votre logement au tarif de 25 euros aller et 25 euro retour, On ne vous donnera pas l’adresse du logement, obligation d’être accompagné pour la remise des clés. Autant dire que le choix est vite vu En arrivant vous trouverez une petite piscine, l’eau y est bonne pour s’y rafraîchir quelques minutes seulement vous comprendrez que nous ne voulions pas rester ici pour en profiter. La chambre, minuscule et très mal isolée, un jardin partagé avec vos voisins, vous pourrez oublier votre intimité.. Si vous souhaitez dormir paisiblement vous trouverez un lit aussi mou qu’un matelas gonflable sur l’eau. Mal de dos et impression de scoliose vous accompagnerons pendant votre séjour, c’est aussi ça l’aventure ! Oubliez le bruit des oiseaux qui chantent et préférez le chant des voisins qui se réveillent, la proximité est un luxe Si le bruit du frigo ne vous réveille pas alors celui du local piscine grondera toutes les cinq minutes dans toute votre chambre et vous réveillera à coup sûr pour ne pas louper le passage du livreur du petit déjeuner Le petit déjeuner tiens parlons en, vous mangerez toujours la même chose, des produits de qualité industriels, ne vous attendez pas à du changement, ce sera tout les jours la même chose. Aucun magasin à proximité ou restaurant, 11km nous séparent d’un petit déjeuner décent. Quoi de mieux qu’une belle vue sur les poubelles en se réveillant, emmenant à ça son petit lot de colocataire volant qui viendront partager avec vous votre petit déjeuner L’odeur de l’iode n’étant pas d’actualité, optez pour l’odeur des produits des piscines et des canalisations dans votre minuscule chambre pour vous donner un sentiment de liberté Pour finir si vous souhaitez vous détendre avec une douche chaude après une grosse journée d’exploration vous pourrez faire une croix dessus, nous n’avons eu le droit qu’à des douches froides au début du séjour, on vous expliquera que c’est à cause du cumulus qui fonctionne de manière solaire… Nous avons essayé de joindre notre hôte Dimitris qui nous a ignoré de la plus belle des manières, alors que celui ci nous répondais avant notre installation. Pour conclure, je vous conseille de gonfler un peu votre budget et vous trouverez beaucoup mieux sur l’île, en même temps difficile de faire pire. Profitez bien de votre séjour ♥️

An incredibly magical place: We booked this accommodation for 6 days and are absolutely thrilled: in addition to the fantastic accommodation, there is also an incredibly beautiful view of the landscape and the sea. The pool was checked and cleaned every day, the staff was really friendly and the room was very cute and clean. The breakfast service was incredibly tasty and fresh! It was our most beautiful accommodation of all the holidays we've ever had. We would like to have more of these accommodations in the world. Gladly again !!! Thanks for the great time 🫶

Perhaps one of the worst hotel-room experiences I've ever had! First incident, the fact that the room was wrong from what we had booked and paid for, without anyone having informed us before we arrived! Secondly, the room was everything else but clean, the bathroom had salts and toothpaste residue from previous guests, the basin had mud and dirt, the shower was dirty and you couldn't touch anything anywhere, there were ants on the wall and the towels had brown fumes stains. Thirdly, the breakfast which we had paid plus 20 euros consisted of cheap supermarket products, an egg and toast, which egg was once a cage and the rest in a similar condition. In the six days we were there, they came to change the towels and sheets and take the trash only once, and the last two days we had no toilet paper! We unfortunately stayed at this accommodation due to the fullness of the island. The only thing worth it was the terrace and the jacuzzi! I do not recommend this experience to anyone.
