In a distance of just one kilometer from the picturesque fishing village of Finiki, on the west coast of Karpathos, and set in a secluded tranquil setting only 200 meters from the beach, the complex of ARPATHEA VILLAS -constructed in 2014- is developing in a total land area of 11,000sqm.

The housing complex consists of two 2-storey buildings (maisonettes), 75sqm each, and three ground floor buildings (junior suites), 50sqm each. Their minimalist architecture and their simple lines are in complete harmony with the natural landscape and the traditional architecture of the island. Each house has its own private pool (with overflow) and a terrace with unobstructed view to the sea and the vastness of the horizon, along with a private parking area.

    Fantastic place to unwind and enjoy!! Super hospitable and excellent interaction with the very nice staff and owner! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking luxury and peace and quiet!

    This place is nothing short of spectacular. 7 metres of panoramic private pool overlooking the open sea where the sun sets. The terrace is large with sunbeds and sofas and it’s perfect for relaxing and aperitifs. Silence is another main point to highlight as it’s located like “in the middle of nowhere”. Thanks to Evdoxia who took care of us and gave helpful suggestions for beaches and restaurants.

    I can highly recommend staying at Arpathea Villas. Great location with amazing beaches and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean, private with idyllic poolside views of the sunset. The staff is very kind and helpful. I want to go back as soon as possible!

    Beautiful villas in a peaceful, private area of Karpathos with gorgeous views of the sea and neighboring islands. The location is not too far from the airport (approximately 20 minutes), within 5 minutes of Finiki and Arkasa (small, charming villages) and one hour to Olymbos. A rental car is highly recommended. if not required. Sunning on the terrace with an infinity pool was delightful.

    The Villas are top end luxury villas with ultra modern furnishings and your own private Infinity pool. We really enjoyed our stay in this quite part of the island. Kedros Taverna is a short walk away good food sourced from the property. St George's beach is adjacent nice swimming in the sea.
