18.08.2025Everything was great! The staff, Apostolis and Jacob made sure everything was perfect! They make themselves really available to suite your needs and they have really made our stay amazing! The location is supreme and the facilities are amazing! Breakfast is great! They even served us at our room!

27.07.2025We had a really great stay! The staff were amazing — super friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with anything we needed. Their service made the whole experience feel so welcoming. We did have a small issue with the AC — since our room was on the top floor and it was really hot outside, the AC couldn’t quite keep up. Luckily, the staff brought us a fan, which helped a lot. Big thanks for that! Parking was also a bit tricky, since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking space. Took us a bit to find a spot nearby. Overall, still a really positive experience. Thanks again to the lovely team! 😊

06.07.2025This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The service was incredible - such friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast each morning was different each day and so delicious. Location is great. We would definitely go back to this accommodation.

02.06.2025If we could rate more than five stars we would. The owner/architect’s vision is next level. Each detail perfectly chosen and brought together beautifully. Surprised by what it’s surrounded by, once you step through the gate you are transported to another world. Try to get room 4 if you can although I’m sure the rest are equally as magical. Jacob at reception is hilarious and amazingly helpful. Thank you all again for the most magical experience in Rethymno!

15.07.2025stayed for 3 incredible nights. thanks very much for the staff, they’re really helpful and welcoming. you should taste their breakfast. easy to reach and parking area is close to hotel -if you have a car (Kriti without car I believe a disaster btw). strongly recommended.
