Amazing! The accommodation is in excellent condition, modernly furnished, very clean and with absolutely everything you need (AC in every room, fridge, hairdryer and more). It is positioned in a wonderful natural setting, on top of a hill (from which you can admire the entire Neos Marmaras), between a vineyard and an olive grove. The area is very quiet, being in close proximity to the N.M. resort, but only a 5 minutes drive from the nearest store (or even less) and a 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach (again, or even less). Parking spaces are right next to the houses (something many accommodation units cannot offer). We had daily cleaning in our rooms, a very good wi-fi connection and changed towels and sheets. They even refilled the coffee capsules for the espresso machine daily! Every thing in the rooms is so clean! Writing a little about Sithonia, this is absolutely wonderful! Impressive beaches, quite close to this accommodation (we visited 8 beaches in 4 days and stayed at 4 of them), with fine sand or pebbles, beaches between rocks, with a view of mount Athos (east coast), with a smooth entrance into the water or very little steep etc. Many amazing turquoise waters! There are also many taverns, terraces and restaurants with exceptional food in Neos Marmaras! The service was absolutely exceptional, both at the beaches and in the restaurants, and the prices very good. Much respect to the Greeks. Last but not least, Mrs. Effie was an exceptional host. She guided and helped us, gave us a warm welcome and even gave us some gifts. We will definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to everyone. Thank you, Mrs. Effie, both me and my family.

We’ve been coming to Alikon Apartments, Adults Only for almost 3 years now, at least 2 or 3 times every summer and we still fall in love with it every single time! The location is simply unbeatable. Set on a quiet hill, you’re surrounded by beautiful grape and winery yards on one side and treated to stunning sea views on the other. The scenery is just perfect, peaceful, picturesque, and a true joy to wake up to each day. The apartments are modern, spotless, and extremely well-maintained. Everything feels fresh and thoughtfully cared for. The owners are always welcoming and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable! We absolutely love this place, we love the geolocation, and we can’t imagine a summer in Greece without coming here. It’s the kind of place that stays in your heart. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable getaway.

We booked this hotel last minute and had an absolutely amazing experience! Mrs. Efi was incredibly helpful from the start, she guided us on how to get there and provided excellent service throughout our stay. When we arrived (quite late), her son Nakos welcomed us warmly, showed us to our room, and was extremely polite and friendly. The next day, her husband Mr. Giannis gave us great tips on the best beaches to visit and helped us with anything we needed. The room itself was perfect, spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The whole family was so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location is quiet and perfect, with a view of the sea and the city from the hill. A very peaceful and romantic place. The hosts are very kind, and they did everything to make us feel comfortable. Every detail you will notice is perfect. I recommend this place, so far the best accommodation I have stayed in.

Our 3 night stay at this small apartment hotel was an excellent choice that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in this beautiful area of Greece. It is a short drive to Neo Marmaros, sitting high above the city and the sea with an amazing view. The sunset picture was taken from our terrace. The apartments are very nicely decorated, with a minimalist approach (no clutter) but very stylish with all the needed amenities. We were actually upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, but there was plenty of room to relax and a nice kitchen if one wants to prepare their own meals (we didn't). When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owner Effie who made us feel very welcome. Effie was very reachable by whatsapp, and by ringing the bell to the suite she occupied with her husband. She gave us great advice on things to do in the area, beaches to visit, and was very prompt to arrange a boat rental for us on our second day. The complex sits beside a lovely vineyard, and surrounded by olive trees, and there is a walking trail that passes through the nearby countryside. When we first arrived we were a little uncertain as it was not near a beach, but we easily found a variety of beaches in the area bringing along an umbrella and lounge chairs provided by the hotel. Neo Marmaros was great to explore, with restaurant recommendations from Effie. We also travelled to nearby beach towns in a short time on the coastal roads, all easy to reach and to return for the night. Were we to return to this area again i would definitly consider another stay at the Alikon hotel.
