I had a superior room with a queen bed. Is a small room, but a big balcony. So fair trade. Service is good, attentive, and with very good English. Nice bathroom and lots of towels. The rooftop bar is nice with a great view of the acropolis. Lots of cute restaurants in the area and a few grocery stores. Not bad for a short stay as a business tourist.

Nicely located in a quiet area, only 13 minutes walk from Plaka and some of the important attractions. We had a family room which was quite spacious and I think was relatively new compared to the rest of the building. Nice shower and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The restaurant on the sixth floor is small but has a great view on the Acropolis. Breakfast is good, especially since they ask you how you want your eggs and they prepare it for you fresh with very nice toasted bread. Only thing I disliked was the instant coffee from the machine. The hotel itself is a bit dated but it’s good value for money and the location is great. Just prepare for a good climb as it’s on a steep road.

Best hotel we ever got, we stayed there for 7 nights and we got a room with a beautiful view on the Acropolis itself, and a little balcony. The staff was also extremely helpful, the lady who checked us in told us straight away, without us even asking, where to find the best most attended by locals instead of tourists restaurants. The breakfasts were also very nice and they were served in the roof top bar with the view on the Acropolis as well. Nothing more we could asked for, especially for the price. Plus great location.

When the taxi dropped us off at the corner we saw the faded hotel sign and I was afraid that my wife would go to kill me for picking this hotel. But this first moment of shock turned into a very nice surprise when we came closer to the entrance, where flowers are leading the way. The staff was really welcoming and helpful. The hotel and rooms are decorated very tasteful and we felt at home immediately. You probably find larger and more impressive roof terraces in Athens, but has all it needs. You need to cross a main road and walk some minutes, but then you are straight at the Akropolis and Plaka. Great value for your money. I highly recommend this hotel and it will certainly be my go to choice the.next time we will visit Athens. And to the hotel I would recommend to replace the old hotel sign. Or maybe not, I think you are putting the right priorities 😀

We had an amazing 4-day, 3-night stay at the Acropolis Ami Hotel! The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Our rooms were spacious, and the breakfast view of the Acropolis was breathtaking. But one person really made our stay special: Ana. We truly appreciated her patience and kindness. She even suggested we visit Agistri Island since we had a day to spare, and it turned out to be such a delightful trip! A big shoutout to the management for having such a great team. We can’t wait to come back!
