Apeiros Chora is a restored stone mansion in the village of Kato Pedina, in the heart of Zagori, set within one of Greece’s most distinctive mountain landscapes, less than 40 minutes from Ioannina and less than 30 minutes from Ioannina National Airport.

The house reflects the architectural tradition of Epirus through wooden ceilings and floors, natural stone, and carefully selected materials, preserving its original character while maintaining a calm and balanced atmosphere throughout the living spaces.
