Great place, the staff was always super nice and willing to help. Room had a great size, pretty comfortable, they even give you a letter with recommendations to places to go, eat, etc. Definetely worth it. Really clean, nice views, easy access. We forgot a necklace and they bring it to the office for us to pick it up. Thank you everyone!

I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t care enough and I want to support the local businesses as a Greek myself, but this was one of the worst experiences. First of all let me say that anything in this review applies to both Greeks visiting and people from abroad. I have visited a big variety of Greek islands and places so it’s natural I’ve been a guest to a number of hotels/rooms. This is easily one of the worst ones. The location is okay and it does provide a good view (if you get the best room which I didnt). There is parking provided which is always nice and the ac was frankly the most powerful one I’ve seen in my life. The staff also seemed lovely. However these are all the good stuff I had to write. In contrast, I have to say that the rooms were smaller than advertised and didn’t have nearly as much accommodations as advertised (such as stove top). I spent four nights here and the room was only cleaned ONE time. I had to do some cleaning myself. Also that meant that they didn’t take out the trash (which I also did myself) and didn’t renew the toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper during the night and I literally had to wait till the morning. The room was also one of the most overpriced rooms I’ve ever booked. Neither the room nor the island itself is worth the price that I payed for it. All in all, it really pains me to write a bad review due to how lovely the staff was but I think I had to this time. 2 stars is me being generous. Only book this room if you have the biggest room available (which is not always advertised correctly) or if you have no other option. Also don’t believe most of the good reviews it really is obvious that they are biased.

Overall not a great stay... We were dropped off at the accommodation by the organised transfer (which worked well). When dropped off it was entirely unclear what was meant to happen. A Greek lady gestured that we sit down and wait which we did. While waiting one of the numberous (perhaps 20-30) stray cats which get fed by the lady downstairs and therefore reside at the premises urinated on my partner's bag which was a very bad start to the stay. While we like cats, there were a lot ot stray and mangey looking cats everywhere which did not appear to be very clean. The owner then later arrived and showed us to the room. The room was fine, if the bathroom a bit small and overpriced in my view. The AC was good. The booking.com listing advertises that it has a stovetop which it doesn't. The toiletries provided were minimal (only 2 small shower gels) which were not refilled during the 4 night stay. The rooms are not very soundproof so were very noisy. Unfortunately on one of the nights either the neighbours/hosts or other guests were having a loud argument for an hour or so at around midnight which kept us awake. Parking is provided (though there is ample free parking in Adamas so this is not a massive benefit) but where to park was not properly explained as when we parked one day the Greek lady living downstairs began gesticulating and trying to explain something about moving the car which was all very disconcerting. Recommend you find somewhere else.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this... VERY noisy room: you can hear the neighbors sneezing, opening their drawers, talking, etc. It's really annoying. Non-existent staff: no interaction with the managers. You can only contact them via WhatsApp, where they are unpleasant. Look at the way they respond to comments, saying "stupid comment," etc. I had to fight to get a blanket because I was very cold at night. Amenities: No kitchenette, contrary to what's advertised. Only one knife, a hotplate, but no saucepan. It's fine for breakfast, but nothing more. Location: Only good if you have a car: 20 minutes from the city center via unlit dirt roads. The area around the accommodation smells of cat pee. I really don't recommend it, especially because of the noise.
