    The hotel was generally very nice. Both the rooms and the hotel itself were very clean. We were very pleased with the hotel. Especially the breakfast was very nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased with Nicole, Kristian and Tasos. They took very good care of all our questions and requests. I would like to thank the hotel and the staff.

    The place was very beautiful. The thermal pools weren't available; they were cold, and we were told that was not possible to warm them up. The room was very nice, but the bathroom had no ventilation. We had an air purifier, but it didn't work properly, it was in the room not in the bathroom. The customer service was great despite the maintenance man threw water onto our terrace with our clothes at 8 a.m., getting everything wet and waking us up. We told them it was my birthday, and they surprised us with a bottle of local wine. They also helped us with activity information, reservation and delivery food. Generally it was fine, but no spa at all. Thank you!

    Me and my fiancée stayed here mid July and were so happy with our stay. Staff are wonderful, it’s clean, food is good and views from hotel were amazing. The swinging beds by the pool were particularly lovely to lounge on. Hotel is a stones throw away from moon beach where you can see the sunset - some of the hotel rooms can see this too, 2-3 small shops and a bus stop connecting you to Firah. Only possible downside is the distance from Oia and Firah however, it was lovely to retreat there after a busy day out. Air con worked very well in our room and was on when we arrived. Staff were so helpful, they charged my kindle for me for my flight home, helped with our luggage up and down the stairs and nothing was too much trouble. A must do is visiting Suzi’s Tavern around the corner, family run business - great food for great prices, we wished we’d discovered them earlier during our holiday.

    Not worth the money we paid This is not a 4 star accommodation as advertised No mini bar No kettle and coffee cups, glasses in room Room is very out dated and old. No services were available when requested The only positive was the staff were polite and very apologetic when we raised all the above issues mentioned and view was nice. You must hire a car as you are very isolated Food very ordinary Power was always cutting out Will advise not to stay there. We will not be recommending this to anyone. This hotel really has nothing going for it other then very lovely staff, but that is not enough on its own, it's needs to be a complete package and they failed to give us the full experience.

    Our stay at Notos hotel in Vlychada was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, warm and genuinely caring. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by peaceful views. 100% recomended!!!
