I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff and managers were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The breakfast was another highlight — it offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. Whether you prefer something sweet or savory, there was always something delicious to enjoy. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.😊😊

Huge thanks to the staff for being so kind and welcoming! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. We really appreciated the check-in tour and all the helpful info it made settling in so easy. The front office team had such a great attitude and were always happy to help. Costa made us feel like the whole team was one big family, which really says a lot about the atmosphere they’ve created. We could see that everyone worked well together, and that kind of team spirit is what true hospitality is all about. They were professional, thoughtful, and always found a way to make things work. We’re sure both Costa and Helena have a bright future ahead of them! Breakfast was lovely, and while we weren’t fans of the high taxi prices, everything else about our stay felt just right. Thanks again for everything!

This was the most traumatic experience ever! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s maximum 1 star. Everything was broken, rusty, this property was never renovated and was dirty. The staff was rude especially the manager Sofia that was hiding in a hotel room when we expressed concerns. Very unprofesssional behavior which shows inexperience.Pictures on the website are misleading definitely does not reflect the truth. Sunbeds limited definitely no chance reserving one. We had to wait 3 hours to get breakfast and nothing was included in the price we had to pay extra. We had to leave the hotel after 1 day and we never got reimbursed. Most traumatic experience ever for me and my family!stay away!

This place is hard to rate. So many good things but also quite a few downsides. We had an executive suite for 5 nights and payed 1907€ for it. The room: Spacious but there was a small staircase with 4 steps that was litterally a death trap. We had chosen the room because of a picture with the nice terrasse with chairs and benches and a big umbrella on. There was no umbrella and we asked for one immidiately upon the presentation of the room. But the hotel was not able to provide one. So because it was July and the heat was intense we could only use the terasse after sunset! There was a jacuzzi on the rooftoop but there was no umbrella either so we only used it once. The bed was rock hard - litterally. Luckily we had read in another review that we could ask for a top mattres. We did and they provided a wonderful soft top-mattres. They also provided small pillows for us instead of the hard high rise pillows. So after these adjustments we enjoyed excellent sleep quality bedwise. The AC was not able to cool down the big room at all though. Suggestion: install a second AC at the buttom floor that points towards the main bed. Room service was very inconsistent and a bit sloppy. They didn’t clean used cups and glasses. Sometimes they just removed all glasses and didn’t bring new ones. They almost newer swept the floor. We ate some bread the first day so we noticed the crumbs just kept laying on the floor. The outside benches were full of bird droppings and it was never cleaned during our 5 night stay. Beach: Not many hotels has direct beach acces. This one has. Grounds are well kept with nice plants. Above water the beach is very narrow and has nice soft sand. When the wind comes from south/west the front row chairs are in the water. Under water the beach is rocky most places, so you need reef shoes. On the very left side of the beach you can enter the water barefeet. The rocky buttom is covered in some slimy seaweed and waters are murky all 50 meters from shore. Further out water becomes clear. But the sunbeds and umbrellas are great! No need for reservation. There are always enough at any time. The pool is nice but very deep. Not suitable for small children under 150cm. Breakfast: Probably the biggest problem for this hotel! They insist on NOT having a buffet -probably because they try to be a bit luxuriuous- but this is totally not working. They take individual orders from a menu. The breakfast staff are so nice and they are working so hard. They are running their legs of. One of the breakfast guys speaks several languages and had a great humour! But if you arrive at 9.30 it is impossible for the chef and the staff to keep up with the orders comming in. One day it took 75 minutes from we sat down until we had a bowl of fruit. We adressed this problem to the reception and they did step up the following days. But still the situation was not good. The breakfast selection was very limited. My husbands guess was the reason for not making a buffet was that it would look so small that it would be embarrassing. The breakfast did not match the price of the hotel at all. Everything costs extra… yoga classes are 20€, if you drink the 4 complimentary coffee capsules you have to buy extra for encredible 1,5€ per capsule(!!), if you feel like an omelette for breakfast you have to pay 11€. Many more items for breakfast are priced as if you went to a cafe in the city for breakfast! Beach towels and parking are free. The road to the hotel is terrible. If the hotel had not placed so many signs you would think google maps were making a prank again. The staff are so enthusiastic and helpful. They really do a great job. It seems like the hotel tries to be luxurious… my family called it “a Wanna-be Luxury hotel”. But they have still have a some adjustments to make to get there…

We’ve been staying at Medusa Beach Hotel for two days, and unfortunately, our experience has been overshadowed by the way the manager treats her staff. It says a lot about someone’s character when they feel it’s acceptable to yell at their team and belittle them, especially in front of guests who are here to relax and enjoy their vacation. We didn’t understand all of what was being said, as the conversation was in Greek, but the tone and volume made it very clear that something wasn’t right. It’s incredibly uncomfortable to witness such behavior, particularly when the staff like Constantine and the young woman with short hair at the front desk have been nothing but helpful and kind to us. This kind of management behavior is unprofessional and, quite frankly, unacceptable. If it continues, we won’t hesitate to raise the issue more formally. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not in front of guests.
