Anastasia Residential Complex

Its a great place to stay if you want to be near the center of the city. Overall the apartment was clean and their staff was very friendly too. They do clean the apartment, but not sure when, we stayed for 6 nights, they did come 3 times during our stay, but during the late afternoon when I was napping with my child, so they can't clean it. It will be great if they gave the information in advance about when the usually clean the apartment and since its not everyday to have a broom equipped in each apartment.

Great place to stay- 💯 points on location, it was near the beach and the Main Street but at the same time was located on a very quiet place. Inside- amazing- clean, dog friendly and you could feel welcomed. Definitely worth it. The property management company was making it even better for us. Only one thing- the swimming pool was not very practical- there are no sunbeds or anything you literally go, swim and back to the room. We will visit again:)

The place is new, well furnished and maintained. The rooms are sound proof, so even when there were too many screaming kids at the swimming pool, we could sleep peacefully inside. There was a washing machine in the apartment. The only minus is that there was too much dust below the bed! The sheets are changed every 3 days. The staff is very polite and they are ready to support with anything!

We have very good time here in Costa Ofrinio - Anastasia Residential Complex. We were at 2 bedroom apartment and it has everything that we need - separate rooms for everyone, nice sitting rooms, planty of teraces :) It was clean, it was comfortable and we loved our stay. The location is TOP! Only 3 min to the beach and the beggining of the main street where are all the shops and restaurants. The inflatable sea castle on the beach was a total bonus to this place!

Stay was great. Dog was welcomed with a bed, towel and a bowl -extremely cute. The premises was very clean and was maintained excellent. For a family with kids it is fantastic as there was a pool in front of hour room. Beach was very close and had a great bar with drinks and friendly personnel, just next to the sea. The only deficiency was the Wi-Fi which was dropping often which for us working online was a challenge. The 5G was also not very fast but I guess in the season when there are too many people this can be considers normal. Anyway, great vacation, friendly and very flexible and accommodative reception, clean and nice space for full relaxation. Was last year also at another location of the same company in Ofrinyo and am definitely going back next year. Thanks Nikolay
