Tihio Race 2024

The Tihio Mountain Races - created with a love of nature, sports and culture in mind – celebrate an 11th year of mountain running and mountain biking in the region of Central Greece. 

Beginning with a two-day race on 20-21 April, the Tihio Race invites runners to test their strength in some of the most magical scenery in Greece. 

With a choice of routes for every ability, the Tihio Race is aimed at both professional and amateur athletes who wish to discover the magic of mountain running.

Tihio Race Ultra Edition | 22-26/05/2024

• 3 Ultra Summits Tihiorace 250km (22 – 26/05/2024)
• X-Ultra Tihiorace 165km (23-25/05/2024)
• 75-Ultra Tichiorace 75km (24-25/05/2024)

Tihio Race | 18-20/10/2024 

• Tihio Stage Race «Hermes Theocharopoulos» 100km in 3 days (18-20/10/2024)
• Wolf’s Race 50km (19/10/2024)
• Deer’s Race 30km (20/10/2024)
• Hawk’s Race 20km (20/10/2024)
• Rabbit’s Race 10km (20/10/2024)
• 15km course for Athletes with Disabilities (20/10/2024)
  (Open to disabled athletes and their escorts who have taken part in wheelchair races and are capable of covering the demanding 15-kilometre ascent and descent)
