Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently well looked after. A heartfelt thank you to Maria, Giorgios, Nikos, and the whole reception team who were always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They did everything possible to make our stay smooth and comfortable, even surprising us with thoughtful touches that really made a difference. The two weeks flew by, and we honestly could have stayed even longer! Dining at the hotel was a highlight in itself. The staff in all five restaurants were so friendly and attentive, and each venue offered something delicious and unique. The breakfast buffet stood out for its variety, freshness, and generous selection, a perfect start to each day. We also treated ourselves to spa sessions during our stay, and it was absolutely worth it. The atmosphere was peaceful and restorative, and Miranda, the spa manager, made us feel truly pampered with her warm approach and thoughtful gestures. While the location and facilities are stunning, it's the people who made this stay so special. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to coming back! Myself and my Fiance stayed at this hotel last week and from start to finish we were not disappointed. We were so happy to be greeted so kindly and to find out we had been upgraded to a wonderful room with our very own private pool was delightful. We received a superb welcoming congratulations in our room upon arrival. The hotel grounds are so clean and wonderfully presented. The staff are absolutely exceptional in every way and the Food was a gastronomic excellence. We highly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the steakhouse the chefs and waitresses are magnificent. The spa ladies are so lovely and gave the most wonderful massage. The private beach is at the doorstep also. We loved this hotel and will definitely be returning. Absolutely splendid 5 star!! :)

Can't recommend enough! Stayed here 10 nights with Half Board. Breakfast is very diverse and of good quality. Dinner in all of the five "restaurants" is delicious too. Staff is professional and really kind. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The whole site is clean, well maintained and beautiful. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and calm. Perfect place for a restful vacation.

Very beautiful Hotel, Food almost Michelin-Level! What I have to mention: Originally, I gave a review which criticised some aspects of Service (professionality). This input was very valued and implemented right away, and we even got to talk the general manager, who took us very seriously and was happy about all the feedback. This is very valued from our side. We will definitely come back.

The best hotel in Crete! A real 5 star. We enjoyed the hotel so much, the clean rooms, the pools and of course the great food and the bar with great quality drinks. Special thanks to Katerina who took care of our rooms, and to Demetris who helped with everything with a smile and patience. In general, all the hotel employees with super service. We will definitely be back
