Odos Oneiron Boutique Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in November. Our room smelled like no one had stayed there for quite a while - very musty. The living room was very cold and sparsely decorated with very upright furniture which felt like it had a thin layer of sand on it. Because you have to throw your TP in the garbage as opposed to in the toilet, we were surprised when we were asked if we wanted our room cleaned. We said yes please! Only to come back to see that, while they did empty the garbage, they did not even make the beds. They did not bother to clean the room all 3 days (except emptying the garbage). I think we were the only people in the hotel too. The owners were hanging out in the lobby area all day, but did not appear to be doing anything. Aside from the location, iI cannot recommend this place.

Our family of 4 (our teenage daughters are 15 and 17 years old) loved our stay here. We were right in the middle of the city action, as you walk out the front doors that is where all the restaurants, bars, shopping, and action takes place. The room was like a large condo instead of just a normal hotel room and we even had a full kitchen and three air conditioners that made it very comfortable. The reason I am writing this review is because the staff went above and beyond to help us. They served us breakfast as they cleaned the room since we were four hours early on our check-in. I feel like they gave us extra food and then they even let us view the room before we made our final decision to book it. They gave us their own personal beach towels as we headed to a nearby beach off property. They gave us complimentary dessert as we checked out and had lunch there because the food was excellent. It was just what we were looking for, as we wanted to be in the Chania city life. Be aware that you are in the city and the nightlife goes on into the evening but that is what we wanted. One final note, two doors down you can do your laundry with washers and dryers for just dollars and cents, which we did. This was one of our best nights stay on the trip, mainly because the city life was fun and the staff at this hotel made us feel very very welcome!!!!

The meal we had at the restaurant was very good and a real healthy portion. If we hadn’t found this gem so late in our holiday we would have eaten there again. Great value and the service was very good. The beer selection was also good, they even had Guinness.

We stay at Odos Onerion for 7 nights and had the best customer service from the friendly team. They would go out of the way to ensure we had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, they would change bedding regularly. When we had early excursions around 6.30 am, Les Denis and his team would prepare early take away breakfast for us. Thank you for the lovely experience! My birthday was made super special.

We had a great time here, service was great, staff very friendly, breakfast very nice! They also arranged pick-up / drop off to the airport and everything went nice and smooth! Everything is within walking distance in Chania Town from the hotel!
