Mylostassi Villas Crete

This was the first time we did an early check-out after the very first night. The reasons were: 1) Lack of Cleanliness; it started relatively harmless with dried tomato sauce on the kitchen table. However, as we got more cautious we noticed hair on all of the three beds. Moreover, we also found parts of a necklace and paper wrappings in the sheets. On closer inspection, there were also bugs so we spent our only night on the sofa respectively the floor next to it. 2) The pool turned our skin blue. I have no clue what caused this issue but of course we left it as soon as we noticed. See attached video. 3) There was mold in the main bedroom. On the plus side, I need to mention that the owner agreed to refund us. However, I would also like to point out that we contacted him a first time about issues 2 and 3 as we noticed them soon upon arrival. As a response he acknowledged that he was aware of these issues and that they were "in the process of fixing it". I still can't understand why you would willingly rent your property in such conditions without even a word about such faults. As a result I can't possibly recommend this apartment for the time being.

Perfect accommodation, with a superb terrace and a beautiful view. Carefully decorated, with little touches like a first aid kit that can be useful, a small taverna two minutes away, and even though you arrive independently and don't meet anyone, the exchanges via WhatsApp are warm and fluid. If you want a romantic stay in a haven of peace, go for it.

Amazing apartments in Lassithi with private pool!! 4 people stayed in two separate bedrooms in villa 1 and had a great time. Very good communication with the accommodation and detailed, clear instructions. Thanks for everything!! Expect us again soon!!
