Centro Y Mar

We had a memorable stay at Centro Y Mar. Check in was very easy and we had a lovely bottle of local wine waiting for us upon arrival. The accomodation was brilliant and there was ample space for a family of four (and probably more). The kitchen was well equipped and everything was squeaky clean if not completely new. There was ample outside space with beautiful views of the promenade, which could accommodate quite a few people for a sit down meal, or just sunbathing and a few drinks. The apartment and all outside spaces felt safe for our kids as the decor was very simple with few but very heavy furniture, which meant accidents were a lot less likely. The location was superb, surrounded by local amenities, coffee shops, bars, restaurants etc. Gerasimos was always at hand to help with any queries we had about the area, local attractions etc. He kindly offered us clean towels etc a couple of days into our stay. He was also very flexible with our check out time. Overall, a fantastic experience!

This is possibly THE best apartment I have stayed in. It was perfect in every way. Clean, modern, comfortable, great shower, roomy, entertainers kitchen, great rooftop to relax in with a drink and look at the lights in the evening. The laundry is shared by one other apartment and plenty of washing machine tablets are supplied, which as a traveller is most appreciated. The same with the dishwasher. Plenty of tablets. Gerasimos is a most responsive host and extremely accommodating. Loved it!

We absolutely loved out stay last week, so much so that we have booked already for next week. The apartment is very clean and spacious and we loved the buzz of being so close to the centre of the town. There are a lot of great restaurants within a stones through and we particularly liked the bakery downstairs. The host was very friendly and helpful before, throughout and after our stay and was happy to answer any questions we had. Also, the location is perfect for exploring the rest of the island. Already looking forward to next year!

Elegant, clean, comfortable & spacious, with sea views right in the heart of town! We loved staying here. It was hard to leave!

Cannot recommend strongly enough! I've been coming to Kefalonia for more years than I can remember and I think this is my favourite place yet!!! The apartment was amazing, spacious really beautifully decorated (the ceiling in the main bedroom is simply beautiful) and every need is catered for. So used to being provided with 2 or 3 mismatched wine glasses, and a couple of plates, here there was everything you could possibly need ....in abundance! The beds were incredibly comfortable. The roof terrace was divine, just loved the views! The host was brilliant from the moment we made our first enquiry! I loved this place, we all did. We will definitely be back, why wouldn't we!!!!
