    This villa has an exceptional location right on Kini beach. You just dip in and out of the sea and then lie in comfort on a lounger back at the house with your own drinks and WiFi at hand! It is super comfortable, the beds are better than ours at home … every single thing you could possibly need has been carefully thought out. TV’s in every room (not that we used them at all as the sunset from the rooftop was our movie for the nights!) Jacobina and her husband bent over backwards to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible and are absolutely wonderful warm hearted people. The AC works a treat and the hot tub was a fun addition for our teenagers! I really can’t recommend this villa highly enough… We will be back!

    We had the best stay at Aniv Villa. Kini is a true piece of paradise and it was made even better with our stay here. The villa is spacious, comfortable and every little detail was greatly appreciated. From the night lights to the cozy beds, bathrobes and beach towels. The location is so great, quiet, peaceful and we loved loved the rooftop balcony to watch the sunset. Our hosts Jacobina and Georgios were amazing! Jacobina was available for us with whatever we needed, we truly felt well taken care of. Staying here was a true privilege and we left with so much gratitude! Thank you Jacobina and Georgios for sharing your home with us.

    What can we say! Syros is a gem of the Aegean and Jacobina is a gem of Syros. And Aniv Villa is exactly as we had hoped - sometimes photos on websites can look better than reality but with Aniv Villa you will not be disappointed - it exceeds expectations! Spotlessly clean, everything provided and a welcome from Jacobina and Yiorgos as warm and cosy as the villa itself. Genuine people with open hearts and true filoxenia (hospitality) 🫶. Add modern technology by Yiorgos to the perfect location and Aniv Villa is the number oneplace to stay on Syros. Jacobina knows the obstacles we had to overcome to make it here and she made it possible. Thank you 🙌🏻from the bottom of our Scots and Greek kardias (hearts) 🫂.     We spent a week at Aniv villa end of August. What a fantastic stay! The house is built, furnished and decorated with so much love and care. Everything is thought of in detail to make the guests’ stay super comfy. All items are new and high quality. Nothing was too much for Jacobina and her husband, wonderful hosts. The location is top, just in front of the beach, which was so handy for us with two young kids and our elderly parents, going in and out during the day. The road between the house and the beach is quiet and driven very slowly. Sleeping while hearing the waves was so relaxing. For my in laws, who prefer to not hear the waves, just closing the windows and using the fan coil would bring total silence and freshness at the same time. Top quality furniture, appliances, kitchenware, beddings etc. This was our first time in Syros, but will for sure return and stay at Aniv again. Have highly recommended it to friends and family. Thank you Aniv Villa, we loved everything about our stay!

    My family and I spend several days in several periods in Aniv villa. We can highly recommend a stay there. The villa has everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. The beds in the bedroom are very good, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a lovely couch in front of a great tv so watching movies at night is possible. The terrace is big with sunbeds and several places to sit. In front of the house is the beach so you hear the relaxing sound of the sea all the time. Kini is a beautiful small village with very good restaurants for lunch or dinner and also places to drink coffee and eat breakfast. Ermoupouli is only a short drive. Jacobine and George are the hosts/owners you wish to have. Very helpful, great hospitality, very kind and welcoming people. Communication is very easy and you have immediately answers to all your questions. Highly recommended!
