The Best Hotel Ever! Amazing friendly, and helpful staff, especially Makis, who welcomed us with drinks! During our stay, we lost a few things and each time he made extra effort to find them in the hotel. All our requests were addressed straight away! The hotel is pristine clean, every way you look, someone will be cleaning something! The pool area and sun loungers are jet washed every night. The breakfast is amazing, including continental, English and Greek delicacies. I asked a waiter about a delicious cake and he even found me a recipe for it. I can't stop praising the staff who are extremely professional including reception, bar and pool bar, housekeeping and maintenance - they all perform to the highest standards. We had a deluxe triple room which had everything you need. Additionally the hotel is located a walking distance to all the shops, beach and a few minutes drive to the airport and Zakynthos town. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a pleasant stay or some party in the nearest clubs and pubs.

The hotel is very nice and located quite well. Clean and well run. But the best part is the service and especially front desk. They went out of their way to assist if there was some issue or question. Here I would like to especially praise Makis, the Front Office Manager for the job well done in running things smoothly. Also many thanks to Philip at the front desk who really was so friendly and who readily accommodated all our requests. Thank you Philip. All in all the stay in hotel was a really nice one. At times there was some noise by some young guests but as said the front desk did its best to keep things under control. Well done everyone. Slobodan

Loved this hotel! Came here last week for my first girls holiday. They were so welcoming especially Rose at the lobby, gave us free shots when we came in and had our rooms ready for us. The rooms were cleanly made up and attended to by housekeeping every morning. There were great deals for cocktails and food with happy hour every hour! Irene the food and beverage manager was also very welcoming. The beds themselves were very comfy and the room came equipped with aircon, wifi and a hair dryer free of charge. The pool area was also great! Location wise it is about a fifteen minute walk from the strip so easily accessible but not loud. There are two corner shops a minutes walk along with a lot of bars and boat rental places. Overall a very very pleasant stay and would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Only issue was on our first night we made some noise and were issued a warning and if noise was made again warning of eviction so would recommend going out around 10 to avoid the warning!!

Me my partner & 3 year old son stayed a week in the luxury apartment. 2 bedrooms 4 singles beds in all. It worked & was comfy. Small fridge & safe. Large balcony with great views off the pool & mountains. Tv was not tuned in not great & bed sheets a bit annoying to small. But that’s being picky . It was a lovely place to stay. So clean . Rooms & hotel. You can eat your dinner off the floor. Honestly 1 of the nicest hotels Iv stayed in abroad . Staff are so friendly helpful & welcoming . Breakfast was included & was lovely . Lots to choose from . We paid for snacks & drinks in the day why chilling around the lovely pool. All great . I can’t fault this place & would 100% recommend & stay here again, was my 1st trip to Greece & I’m hooked , amazing holiday people & hotel ,

I strongly recommend this hotel! Every staff member is enthusiastic, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The location is excellent—close to both the airport and the beach. If you need airport pickup, the reception staff will gladly assist you. Our room was cleaned daily, and everything was spotless. The open-air swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and the breakfast buffet is also delicious with a variety of choices. I truly hope everyone gets to enjoy their holiday at this lovely hotel as much as we did!
