Olympic Palace Resort Hotel & Convention Center

The best all inclusive hotel I've ever stopped at. The food and drinks are high quality and well varied, which sometimes can be an issue on all inclusives when the food is samey. The hotel is spotless, the staff are attentive and the rooms and beds are tasteful and comfortable. The pools and facilities are well kept and clean with lots of staff on hand, ready to help with anything. I honestly can't think of a single fault with the hotel, we had a fantastic holiday and this place is a credit to Rhodes.

We have just finished a 10 day holiday at this wonderful hotel. The food has been absolutely superb for a all you can eat Buffet. Rooms was super clean and Staff was really helpful and lovely towards us and our baby, Baring the poodle on reception. During check in she was more interested in getting the city tax off us rather than giving any information, we wasn't made aware of the 8th floor bar which is absolutely stunning, we wasn't made aware of any entertainment for the kids. She made a really rude phone call to our room telling us we needed to be checked out by 11 despite the fact the information card that she gave us said 12 which she shrugged off. Overall lovely time and would really recommend this hotel.

The best hotel ever I had !, staff fantastic, always smiles and saying hello , every day on swimming pool entertainment. My 10 years old son love it! A lots of food. If you need taxi , they will book it for you. Restaurants and bar on the roof , real music and beautiful views. Only one negative thing , unlimited food , always I was dying after diner 😆

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Since we were travelling with a baby, the hotel kindly provided a crib, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. The location was perfect – close to Rhodes city and only 15 minutes from the airport. Despite its convenience, the hotel was peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The à la carte restaurants were superb – we highly recommend trying them! The spa was a real highlight: clean, relaxing, and luxurious. A perfect place to unwind. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. A special mention to the guest relations manager, Katerina – she was amazing! She even arranged a sweet little birthday surprise for our daughter’s 1st birthday, which meant a lot to us. We are just back from our Holiday here and I already miss it! 💙 Let me start with all the positives about this place:- It has such a curb appeal, goodness me, we arrived in the middle of the night and it was lit up from top to bottom, it's the first thing you see as you turn around the corner, Gorgeous looking Hotel that looks like it's Hugging the mountain. It's about the 5th stop on the airport transfer coach Max 30min. Beautiful design and decor inside, smells just luxurious from the minute you walk in reception. Very welcoming staff, super chilled atmosphere, you can't help but relax! Staff in the Elea main restaurant were amazing! Everyday they made us feel welcome, with their lovely smiles and etiquette. Evangelos was on a league of his own when it comes to customer service, he just treated everyone like stars! Top man⭐ The buffet food was really good, from Local Greek menu, to Asian, Mediterranean and international cuisine, we had a taste of the best the chefs had to offer, we didn't even bother exchanging our restaurant entitlement. We went Half Board so paid for our drinks which was reasonable (mainly non alcohol) unlike other all-inclusive places they served the drinks to the table which reduced traffic on the floor and we got to enjoy the food! Really good! There are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets in the area so definitely go out and explore! The whole Hotel was easy to navigate, not too big, not too small, just right! I have to give a real shout to the animation team, they gave their best, Anna, Leona, Mayra, Jacob and Thomas who kept us and our kids entertained throughout our stay. The whole vibe of the place is so relaxed, it's hard not to! We had a mountain view room which was ideal for the heat, it was always nice and cool. Am sure the sea view rooms will be lovely in the evening for the sunset but you can have access to that from the rooftop bar so we were glad for not paying the extra£££. One thing I couldn't get my head around was the two single beds attached situation for a double room😳 It was the most uncomfortable thing and I hope they change that! The only thing I would change about the place is the beach front, well you have to cross a very busy main road to access the private beach(that applies to all the big hotels in the area) altough once you get to it, there are plenty of beds, it is nice and comfy! There is a lovely breeze to break the heat! You definitely need water shoes for it because it is very rocky. A couple of negative things or maybe improvements about this place would be 1. The lifts, oh my goodness, they are so small and slow, you could waste too much time waiting for it, not very practical for families with little once, it could frustrate the life out of you...the spiral stairs obviously are easy on the eye but not so practical. 2. The slippery tiles by the pool, very dangerous. I would highly recommend this hotel for families!
