I was in Greece for the first time, the hotel was clean, in a nice place, inside there was an elevator, a large swimming pool and a children's pool, a large dining room and a sofa area with a TV, there was a ping-pong table, a play area for smaller children. Next to the hotel there was a market open until 23:30, a pharmacy, a bus stop and a pizzeria nearby. A beach with sand but only at the exit from the beach bar, further on there are stones. I liked it very much and honestly, after the photos from the travel agency I had to say that it would be worse, I was pleasantly surprised and I can recommend this place to friends and those looking for opinions on the Internet.

The personnel of the hotel is smiling when there is No problem, but when a problem appears the personnel including the boss start trying to convince that the problem root is not by their side, lie to present the situation in the way they are innocent. The last day of our stay 4 of our group were poisoned by the dinner and were in a very bad condition. They want us to pay 30 EUR (day price) for extra time in the room between our check out and check in of the next guests. We would like to prolong the time of check out because of very bad physical condition of us. We had a choice to leave the room and sit somewhere in the hotel awaiting for our bus to the airport in such physical states or to pay the day price for 3 hours. The next visitors have not come at time of check in, that means that the room supposed to be free longer after our leave. Also happened several times that The personnel was not aware of the information about the place of the bus stop nearby and of the schedule. Wi-if connection is very poor on the whole territory of the hotel. It is not possible to work remotely or serve without problems. The food is poor, everyday is the same: fish/chicken/pork, cocked vegetables, same ingredients for the salad: tomato, onion, cucumber, salad, tzadziki souse, mustard souse, and one more sauce. Rice, potatoes, pasta usually with sausage. The juices are chemical, from the automatic machine: orange and apple. Practically every time there were no green tea bags, only black. Only one alcohol free cocktail option in all inclusive menu at the bar, and alcoholic cocktails menu is so poor that only one contained more than 2 ingredients to have a possibility to exclude the alcohol and make it free of it. Desserts were every time the same, One day we have noticed new desert but the amount of it was so poor that till time we have finished the meal new deserts have disappeared. We have ask to bring more for us because we saw the staff has it it in the fridge which is out of guests reach, and they denied. From fruits were available also every time the same: apples, oranges, watermelon and melon. Rooms are not new, there are a lot of things to repair. We had water dripping from the air conditioner. The hotel is in front of the sea what is very convenient but the beach is public and was never cleaned. The hotel localization is 15 minutes ride by car or 30 minutes ride by bus from Rethymnon - very beautiful town. But we have to wait for the bus minimum 40 minutes. The guest of the hotel are mainly Polish.

Small hotel comfortable with its small beautiful and clean area. The sea is extraordinary, great beach! The food was always fresh. But there are some shortcomings. The toilet near the pool did not look like the toilet of a 4 star hotel, it was horrible. The food is not a great choice and rather monotonous. Beef was rigid, however, as mattresses and pillows on which it was simply impossible to sleep))) at the end of rest after a night the bones hurt, I tell the truth. Rooms not all cozy, but cleaned well and every day, there are no claims. We can not complain about that. For 3 stars these shortcomings are normal, you can close your eyes. But the hotel declares itself as 4 stars... It's a bit strange.

We stayed for a week with a small child (1,5 years). We expected more from a hotel that claims 4*, we would say 2-3*. Rooms were good, food was not great, got boring, beach was not great, pools were good, especially kids pool. Lacking more activities for kids, like a play room that looks decent and is safe for kids. Hotel surrondings was not great but easy to take a bus to Rethymno which was really nice. If you get a good deal, then it's not bad to go here.

We booked this hotel through a travel agency and spent a week there. The location was perfect, next to the beach. The food was not amazing, but they tried to change it from day to day. The staff was really nice and we had no issues during our stay. However, the hotel is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. It was missing basic necessities such as shower gel in the bathroom and proper WIFI. The network coverage is pretty bad almost everywhere, expect for on the sun beds next to the beach. The drinks served at the bar are pretty bad, you can't use the pool in the evening and people are smoking everywhere.
