On side of the winery there are 2 Mini Suites with private small pool with panoramic sea view , 1 bungalow , 2 superior studios, 1 honeymoon superior studio , 1 Junior Suite on first floor, one 2- bedroom bungalow and the Pool House with private swimming pool just 3 min walkin distance .
Each unit includes private terrace with panoramic sea view with a uniquely design with special taste and fantasy , combining harmoniously the cycladic architecture with mordern comfort. Be ready to be enchanted by the Agean Sea, the flowers , the vineyards , large verandas and a glass of Kostantakis Wine. Kostantakis Winery is in a calm and peaceful environmet just over the Winery is only 8 minutes walking distance away from the sandy beaches and the center of the village .

23.07.2025We stayed for 7 days in this beautiful hotel. The location and the service were excellent! Every morning the breakfast was extensive and varied. The room was nice and clean; our only comment is that the mattress was quite hard. We did a wine tasting, which was included in the price of the room. We would definitely recommend staying in this lovely hotel.

11.06.2025We had a truly wonderful stay here in Milos! The place was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and offered great privacy — something we deeply appreciated, especially as a family with a baby. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a delicious mix of Greek and Italian flavors, thoughtfully prepared every morning. We also had the chance to try the wine from the property’s own winery — absolutely fantastic! The location is very close to the sea, making it easy to enjoy the island’s natural beauty. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

20.06.2025Kostantakis Residence is a beautiful place to stay short or long term. This family owned winery and hotel is comfortable very quiet. Our room was number #3, shown in the photos attached. Some units have private pools, (no pool for entire complex). On site breakfast is only meal except for cheese and crackers with wine tasting in the afternoon. No meals for lunch and dinner on site.

15.09.2024Wonderful little hotel. It is in a great location, you can walk into Apollonia in about 10 minutes. Comfy bed/ pillows and strong AC. We also did the winery tour which cost €45 per person, we really enjoyed to tour it was informative and great to hear about their family business. The tasting following was wonderful as well.

30.07.2024Our stay at Konstantakis Residence was an absolute delight! We spent five nights in a room with a private pool, and as a self-proclaimed service enthusiast, I cannot fault the hospitality we received. The staff, led by Stefania, were phenomenal and made our experience truly unforgettable. The accommodation was clean and charming, truly embodying the cozy vibe of a boutique, family-run business. If you're after the grandeur of a large hotel, this won't be your vibe. Yet, it's perfect for a warm and homely retreat. The location is fantastic, with just a short stroll to Pollonia's great restaurants. Also, don't forget to do the wine tasting at Kostantakis!
