    The family running this hotel were great and very welcoming! I would also recommend their laundry & ironing service, especially if you're taking advantage of the black sand beach (which is only a short walk away). Although the breakfast and room furniture was pretty basic, the service and quiet/convenient hotel location more than made up for it.

    Lovely host and very helpful, but the hotel itself didn’t quite meet the expectations we had from the 4.7 rating. It’s a family-run business, and I genuinely appreciate that people are working hard to make a living, so I mean no harm in sharing this. The rooms are quite basic, the breakfast has limited choices, and the shower is a wet room, which means water tends to spread everywhere. The bed sheets and towels looked slightly off-white rather than bright white. In my opinion, a 3-star rating feels more accurate. If you book with that in mind rather than expecting a 4.7 standard, you’ll likely be happier with your stay.

    We loved staying at Irigeneia. It’s comfortable and nice and authentic seeming. Not a chain hotel. The owners are great. Good breakfast. The location is fun too. Thanks!

    Very good host, helped us in many ways, it is a quiet location with a lovely mountain view, it is very close to the beach and other attractions of the city, in conclusion it is a very suitable location for a vacation.

    After spent 5 days, this hotel is a very good choise if you want to visit Santorini island, has a nice location to go walking to the beach (10 min aprox) and have a good starting point to visit all the places in the island(Perissa). Has tasty breakfast options. Clean room and place. Atention was just exceptional, the staf/owners are very warm people and will help you with any doubt or all they can. I will come again!
