    Halepa Hotel charmed us with its classic elegance and warm atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and everything feels like part of a story. A wonderful choice for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

    An American traveling with a group. This was a good option for us. A clean hotel, well apportioned rooms, staff spoke English, a bar in the lobby, and a good breakfast in the morning. This would be a good option for any traveler.

    Excellent choice of accommodation within walking distance of the old city and harbor of Chania. Very satisfied by the overall service however the breakfast offerings and general selection of goods could have been better and does not do justice to the special image of the establishment.

    Great service by staff very pleasant and helpful. The only bad thing I could say about this place is wish it had a/c. It is a little walk down to the beach and quit a walk into old town but worth it.

    A nice location, 30 minutes' walk from the old city center of Chania. They have a fairly large parking area. Breakfast was good and could be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace. One suggestion would be to provide morning shade for all terrace tables. The room was clean but the furniture was older than expected, as we were told we would be staying in the new wing. All the staff were very friendly. They also lent us beach umbrellas.
