28.07.2025Exceptional Service and a Wonderful Family Experience! My family and I just completed a fantastic stay at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park with our group of 16 people across 4 rooms. While our travel agent had made an error with our booking, the hotel staff went above and beyond to resolve the situation with remarkable professionalism and understanding. I want to give special recognition to Amalia at reception and the entire management team, who took the time to carefully explain all our options and work with us to ensure we had the best possible experience. Their kindness and problem-solving approach truly impressed us and set the tone for our entire stay. Beyond the outstanding customer service, the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The incredible variety of pools provided something for everyone in our large family group, from the little ones to the adults. The food options were diverse and delicious, and there were plenty of activities to keep our entire group entertained throughout our visit. This was our first time staying at Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park, but it certainly won't be our last. We're already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so memorable.

17.06.2025Grecotel Marine Palace is a beautiful hotel complex located directly on a stunning sandy beach, surrounded by a vast and carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. The resort is set on gently sloping terrain and consists of a main building, a bungalow area, and a large water park that's especially popular with children. The hotel stands out for its relaxing atmosphere and high-quality services. The rooms are spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are several restaurants and bars on-site, six swimming pools, sports facilities, a wellness center, and both outdoor and indoor fitness areas. An extensive entertainment program is available for both kids and adults. Special attention is given to families, with a rich kids’ program, playgrounds, and even a daily nursery, making this hotel an excellent choice for families with children. The food is excellent, offering a wide selection of international, Greek, Italian, and Asian cuisine, as well as a generous variety of fruits, vegetables, desserts, and drinks—including a broad range of cocktails. All areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A special highlight is the genuinely warm, friendly, and accommodating approach of the hotel staff and management. The entire stay was unforgettable, and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel even to more demanding guests—there's truly something for everyone to enjoy here. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay and an unforgettable experience!

27.07.2025This resort is a great choice for families with children over 7, but it feels more like a summer camp. It's massive and crowded with plenty of activities, though it's not a relaxing place. The rooms are old, the food is just okay, and some of the evening shows can be a bit vulgar. The staff, however, is wonderful. We want to give a special thanks to Raphaela, who did her best to make our stay more enjoyable. In the end, we moved to a smaller and more relaxing 5 stars hotel.

05.08.2025The hotel is very beautiful and offers a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated the clear focus on sustainability, which is reflected in many aspects of the hotel’s concept. Because of this strong emphasis on environmental responsibility, it would be wonderful to see that reflected in all areas — including the choice of egg products. From what I could tell, the eggs used currently seem to be from caged hens, which is the least sustainable and most problematic form of production. Given the hotel’s otherwise admirable commitment to sustainability, I believe switching to free-range or organic eggs would be a meaningful and consistent improvement. Thank you for a lovely stay!

14.07.2025We were really happy with the food. There is a lot of diversity and the food is changed daily so always get to try a new menu. Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily. Sea and pools are great. Overall we were really satisfied also everyone was super nice. Thanks so much for such an amazing experience :))
