    My wife and I returned a few days ago after 2 lovely weeks in the Athena. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful (bar,reception and housekeeping). I could name some but that would be unfair to others. Cleanliness and comfort were top class and breakfast choices were fantastic. Add in pool and great location near beach, shops and restaurants. We would find it impossible to fault this hotel.

    We have had a fantastic week at this hotel and can highly recommend staying here. The room was super nice, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast buffet was quite good with good omelettes. There is a lovely bar with various activities and the service is incredibly high throughout the hotel. The hotel is closer to 4 stars than 3

    We really enjoyed our 1 week stay here at the start of September! Lovely staff at the bar, very pleasant pool (athough shaded for most of the day) with some seats always available. We had a balcony that was great to sit out on during the mornings and evenings. The room was clean and tidy and there was a kettle available. Towels are changed after 3 days. The location was perfect - super close ro the beach and there's a ton of restaurants and little corner shops in the area.

    What we Liked · amazing value for money (April), good location, nice breakfast and staff. Receptionist helped to rent a car without any deposit. What we Disliked · No charging ports close to bed, everything else was good!
