Amandola Villas

We stayed at the biggest house in this complex. They call it the "Executive" villa. It is the only one that has a garden and it also has a larger pool than all the other houses. I thought this would be an advantage but somehow almost all neighbours thought this was a common yard and public pool. The last 5-6 days we had different neighbours coming into our yard and fighting with us about the pool. They would enter either from the back yard, through the bushes or from the private street in front. Usually my wife saw them first and asked them politely to leave. Instead of living they would start arguing that it is their right because our pool is a public pool, not private like theirs. They would never leave until I showed up. Imagine the comfort of staying in the house knowing you can always wake up with someone 1 meter away from your bedroom window. In all the other villas you cannot access the pools from the front, only from the back. And I did not see neighbours trespassing other pools except ours. Even though I contacted the owners every time, they didn't do anything until the last day when they installed some sort of plastic chains at the end of each yard. That wasn't much help. That evening we had someone coming from the street to the pool asking us where is the reception. That man wasn't even living there. He entered the private street because the gate was opened and he came into the only house that you could access from the street. They say they have wifi but wifi probably worked only 2-3 hours in total from the 11 days we stayed there. I reported it daily in the first days because I needed internet for work. They always replied they will check it but it never worked more than a few minutes. We ended up using mobile internet. The house would be ok if we wouldn't had the bad experience with everybody coming into our yard and the owners never reacting. When I asked for a partial refund 2 days before we left, I woke up with someone screaming in the yard next morning. Turns out if you ask for refunds you get to see the owner or manager. But she came only to intimidate us probably. And instead of having at least a last quiet day, we got to share the yard with the owner and other maintenance people. I wouldn't go there knowing what I know now. Or at least try to book through Booking or someplace else where you can ask for refunds if the property is not as in the listing. *** Regarding the owner's reply. The attached photo and video are done in my yard. I did not violate anybody's privacy. I did not film people in their private yards or pool. They violated my privacy. And this was just one of the many identical confrontations with different people from the complex. Under the balcony from where I film, there is our main bedroom. So these ladies were just 1 meter away from a bedroom with full glass doors. This just shows how much the owner cared about my privacy.

Worst stay ever. Absolutely disappointing!! After booking with 4 months in advance, the location sends us a form to fill and send back - at 22.00 in the night the day before our scheduled arrival. And the communication said that if we didn't send the form back, we wouldn't access the home. One day into our stay, a complete stranger (introduced themselves as representative of the owner) walks into our private garden with attitude because other guest have "complained about us being too loud." If you pay 100+ euros a night for a private pool, you should be allowed to have some fun (4 girls having fun, no parties, no extra people). We were told that we were to keep quiet for the rest of the stay or leave - also threatening us they would call the police on us, and that someone had made a video of us (total violation of GDPR). After we said we would sue for violation of privacy, they changed from video to audio recording. We were told to leave the premises at 8 in the night. At 9.30 security came into our room to escort us out of the room, even though our things were all packed and we were already loading the car. Completely unnecessary and intimidating!! Needless to say that we got our refund and we left! If you want to have some fun with friends, DONT GO. This is the perfect place for retired people who don't talk, don't have fun, don't listen to music. Lastly, although the house cleaning comes every day, they didn't bother to mop or dust, just tidy up the bathrooms. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Amazing view from the rooms. The cleaning is spotless. However we experienced an unexpected power cut with no communication from the Villa’s management and no back up electricity. The worst part is that due to the power cut we had no running water.

Amazing apartment with private pool n amazing view

We had a perfect Holliday here. Hana welcomed us in a nice way. The accommodation was clean and cleaned very well. The pool was cleaned daily and the view is just astonishing. When you wake up with this view every day… we recommend this to everyone!
