About the author

With a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Lighting and Multimedia, Nikos approaches hospitality through the concept of meaningful luxury – where design, culture and experience are closely connected. After working with K-Studio architects, he returned to his homeland in the western Peloponnese to transform a former seaside winery in Kourouta into Dexamenes Seaside Hotel – a hospitality project shaped by industrial heritage, local culture and the landscape of the Ionian coast.
