Santorini: Cooking Class and Easy Hike

After a convenient pickup from your hotel we set off for a wonderful day! Will head to a church dedicated to the Dormition of the Mother Mary, just outside the traditional village of Akrotiri. Here we will begin our hike. We will hike along a trail that showcases incomparable views of the Aegean in and the immense caldera of Santorini. We will pass by sprawling vineyards and deserted chapels. Images that will take us back to what life was like on this island in yesteryear.

This scenic hike will lead us to the idyllic beach of Mesa Pigadia. Here we will have some time to relax, have a wonderful swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. After our relaxing time at the beach, we will meet with our talented chef. She will show us all there is to know about the traditional Greek cuisine. During our cooking lesson we will learn how to prepare a variety of lovely dishes all bursting with Mediterranean flavor. We will learn how to use homegrown ingredients and local cooking techniques. We will then savor our delicious homemade meal together! After our delicious meal we will head back to the hotel filled with beautiful memories.
