Athens Flying Week returns to Tanagra Airport from 3 to 8 September 2025, once again confirming its place as Greece’s premier aviation event.
Now in its 12th edition, the Athens Flying Week combines the thrill of live flight displays with a ground experience that appeals to aviation enthusiasts and families alike. The weekend of 6–7 September will see the main air show programme, featuring top aerobatic teams and solo pilots from around the world.
Expect eye-catching aerial manoeuvres from military and civilian aircraft, with formations, solo stunts and high-speed flybys that highlight the skill and precision of elite pilots.
Beyond the sky-high action, the event boasts Greece’s largest static display of aircraft, allowing visitors to get up close to fighter jets, helicopters, cargo planes and vintage aircraft on the ground. Meet the crews, explore the interiors, and learn more about the technology and teamwork behind modern aviation.
Other highlights include:
Aeromodelling displays and drone demonstrations
Aircraft take-offs and landings viewed from specially designated zones
