Keresbino Hydra

Keresbino Hydra Manor House is a beautiful manor house first built in 1780, amidst the years of the Venetian Occupation era. Impressive in its simplicity, with curved cornerstones and crafted hewn stones from Hydra or the adjacent small island in the Hydra Gulf, Dokos, plain stones, marble stones or unpolished marble, all carefully balanced, fixed without mud, with edges painted white.

The manor house is ideally located at the very center of Hydra, just 150 meters away from the port. Access to the guesthouse is easy and unobstructed (no exterior steps).

Spacious and imposing, one cannot help but noticing the place’s robust wooden beams known as “boudelia” a term used by the local seamen for the wooden poles that support boats when parked aground.
