Imperium Luxury Villas

We had such a wonderful time in early June with great weather, without a cloud in the sky for our seven days. From the moment we were welcomed into the Villa upon arrival, including a fantastic welcome pack of food and drink, to our departure, where we were waved off on our way to the airport - we really felt as though we were personal guests at the Villa and Evangelia's messaging was timely and always looking to be helpful. The Villa really is as stunning as the photos. The pool area has plenty of loungers, seating and parasols for shade. The water in the pool was warm and 1.5m deep. The outside kitchen and gas fire BBQ is excellent. Nothing has not been thought through and the Villa is very well equipped. The air conditioning worked excellently. The 5* reviews are well deserved and it is clear Evangelia has a genuine warmth and connection with her guests and a passion for great customer care, personally making sure her guests are well looked after. It was a real joy to meet her and her family and to spend a week in this amazing villa.

We had such an amazing time at this villa – it was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. Total luxury, but still felt really relaxed and welcoming. The whole place was spotless and beautifully decorated, and the pool was a real highlight – we spent so much time in and around it! One of our favourite parts was the outdoor kitchen – we had some fantastic barbecues there in the evenings, with loads of space to cook, eat, and hang out together. The view from the villa was stunning, especially at sunset – just the perfect backdrop for lazy days and relaxed evenings. Chania itself was beautiful – full of charm, great food, and lovely little streets to wander around. It was the perfect base for exploring but also ideal if you just wanted to stay in and unwind. Our host, Evangelia, was absolutely wonderful – friendly, always kept in touch, and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and understanding, which made the whole experience even better. Everything had been thought of, from comfy beds to loads of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. It worked perfectly for our group and everyone had a brilliant time. Honestly couldn’t fault it – we’d go back in a heartbeat!

This villa far exceeded our expectations! The amenities will make you feel pampered. The owners spared no expense- from finishes, to appliances, to linens. The pool area is expansive and has beautiful lounge furniture, amazing outdoor barbecue and shower. Our family of 7 had so much fun, we almost hated to leave to go out. It was immaculately clean and well stocked. Its convenient location can’t be beat. Evangelia and Yianni went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and made us feel like family. They were more than happy to give us recommendations and even booked reservations for us! We have stayed at 5 star properties around the world. This villa is as close to perfection as you can get.

Such a beautiful well-maintained home with plenty of space for large groups! The pool was crystal clear and a much-needed reprieve after a hot day walking around the old town! Only downfall is you’re only allowed one towel per guest and doing laundry is time consuming while on vacation. Highly recommend staying here, just might need to bring a couple extra towels of your own.
