Wonderful hotel and the staff are all great! The breakfast buffet has lots of options and the hotel is a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants and is beside a park. The hotel dog is very cute and hangs around during breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

Overall ok place. Breakfast was good. I won't stay again because: The room was pretty small and the bathroom garbage can from the previous guest wasn't emptied when I got there. I also asked for a late checkout a week early and was told the day of that they wouldn't accomodate my request.

Amazing hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of Chania's main city centre but still within walking distance to all of the attractions. I was a bit hesitant to book here with some noise-related issues in some reviews but there were no noise issues at all! All rooms face the public garden which closes at 11 pm each night. Rooms are clean and elegant. Breakfast is included with a lot of options and the hotel has a cute dog that likes to beg for food at breakfast! One of the better hotels I stayed at in Greece. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Lovely rooms and delicious breakfast with tasty little Greek pastries and mountain tea! Close to the beautiful old town and we had a great view from our balcony. Clean and airy. Only thing I would say could be improved is having a toilet on the same floor as the dining/breakfast area 🙈 also the underground parking feels very tight to get in and out of if you’re not used to it!!
