Consolato Boutique Suites

First of all, the service from Eleni was above and beyond. We were arriving very late to the hotel and she sent me a personalized video of how to enter the hotel, access the key for the room and how to use the air conditioning and patio door in the room. We stayed in a junior suite with a patio, and it was gorgeous. The entrance had a sofa which was made into a bed for our son, and a mini kitchen with coffee maker, fridge, and cutlery/dishes/glassware. The bathroom was spacious with shelves for all of our toiletries and a very large shower stall. The water pressure was excellent. The main bedroom is separate from the rest of the room and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of cabinets for all of our clothing and lots of extra pillows, blankets, and even beach towels! The room is decorated exquisitely with large marble wall panels with a modern yet old world feel. The air conditioning was excellent also. The location is perfect-tons of little wine amd coffee bars, restaurants, and little shops all around. There is no elevator, but my husband is strong and was able to carry our luggage up the stairs. Literally the only thing that would make this hotel better would be a shelf in the shower for your shampoo bottles. If I ever stay in Chania again, I will absolutely stay here.

A warm welcome from Eleni who was waiting for us outside the hotel upon our arrival. She even cared to save us a parking spot which is hard because the traffic in chania can be insane! Our room was clean, spacious, modern and we had a big private terrasse covered all day by the sun! We loved our stay. Thank you Eleni 🫶🏼

Eleni looked after us before we even arrived. She went in early and parked her bike in a carpark so we could park our hire car when we arrived. Eleni provided us great recommendations for breakfast/ lunch/ dinner as well as beach tips which were all spot on. The room was very clean and is cleaned every day. Located on the main road into Old Town it's close to everything and not far from public parking (though spots are hard to find especially close to dinner time). You do hear a little noise from the passers by but it's not too bad.

A perfect room in a key location in the old town of Chania just a few minutes from the Harbour! The bed was so comfy with 4 different pillows to choose!! The bedroom itself was beyond expectations! Really beautiful decoration with full or partial lighting! The bathroom with the indoor was also superb with great amenity kits included at our disposal! Ironing board and iron also installed in the room and a „Real“ hairdryer! Our balcony also nice with a view in a small stone built street in the old city! Everything was perfect! I can’t thank you enough for our stay! We will definitely come back!

Perfect place for visiting Chania. The room is very well equipped with furniture of a good quality. We had everything to make a coffee or tea, it also has a nice balcony with a small table and a beautiful view over an old street. The room also was very light and had many options to tweak the light intensity according to our needs. Thanks for a comfortable stay! P.S.: There are also lots of parking spots down the street, if they are all busy just wait about 10-15 minutes as people are constantly leaving.
