Artemis Suites Santorini

Artimis suites This location is missing the final touches to make it a truly great place to stay. Quite location which is good if your after an escape, only problem with this is your so far from any form of shops or restaurants, which as the hotel only serves a small continental breakfast and no other form of food or drinks is an issue. Long walk or vehicle hire is a must. The Room, 104 Nice on first look, plenty of room, big bed, decent bathroom and great view from the balcony, Issue is first night air-conditioning flooded the balcony as waste pipe is in a container, we had 2 air con units on our balcony, not great to look at. Bathroom mirror needed replacing all the little things are ok and can be got over, but the one thing that is a real issue is the smell from the drains that leaks into the room, Raw sewage smell, we had this on the first night and again on the 3rd and 4th. They really need to address this. But despite all the flaws, that view at sunrise and sunset is absolutely amazing!

We had a lovely stay at Artemis. The views are breathtaking, the service was above and beyond, and the rooms were very clean. The location was quiet and close enough to all the major areas. The breakfast choices were phenomenal. The options for transport to the airport and throughout the towns were on time and easy to use. The hosts, Ana and Elvis were top notch service providers who took great care of us and a special interest in making the best experience possible for us in Santorini. We hope to visit again someday!

I had the absolute worst experience staying at Artemis Suites in Santorini, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room wasn’t ready—completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a paying guest. What followed was even more disgraceful. We were forced to wait over two hours in a room with no power or lighting, making it impossible to settle in comfortably. To add insult to injury, the room reeked of a disgusting, dirty, moldy smell, which made it unbearable to stay in. This was not just a minor inconvenience—it was a complete disaster. The lack of cleanliness, poor preparation, and unprofessionalism are unforgivable, especially considering the premium prices charged for this so-called “luxury” accommodation. The management clearly has no regard for their guests’ comfort or satisfaction, as they made zero effort to rectify the situation or ensure we were taken care of. I am demanding a full refund, as I refuse to pay for this nightmare of an experience. I will also be pursuing legal action if this matter is not resolved promptly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs—there are far better hotels in Santorini that actually value their guests and deliver what they promise. This place should be ashamed of itself, and I hope others don’t fall into the trap of booking here. Save your money, your time, and your sanity—Artemis Suites is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Elvis, Spiro, and Ana were so fantastic and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here so much. Anything we wanted to know, they had recommendations. Anywhere we wanted to go, they gave directions. We spent 3 nights and honestly I could have stayed for forever. Such a good location close to the red beach (bring good shoes as it's a bit of a hike down to the water) and the heart of santorini. Incredible views. Pool was fantastic. One note, if you're vegan or don't eat meat the selections are super limited for breakfast. No coffee in the room but it's available with breakfast.

Excellent location in Megalochori. The view to the caldera at sunset is magnificent. We had the family room, which was spacious, but an odd smell came from the bathroom drain. Centrally located in Santorini. Breakfast buffet was good and enough to start the day.
