Phaedra Suites Rethymno

Beautifully appointed split level suite. We were enchanted with the wonderful details (hand painted ceramic sinks, towels to die for, fantastic shower). The double pane windows do an amazing job of soundproofing the room as there can be a lot of pedestrian noise. Parking can be an issue, but the owner provides very good communication about how to manage it. We went in May and considered ourselves extremely lucky to get spots on the hotel road each of the nights we were there. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

I had a wonderful experience here. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, everything was clean and we had a lovely time. Everything in the hotel looks amazing. It is clearly thought out with the client's best interest in mind and I really appreciate everything the owners did. Very good prices for such a valuable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, and the other staff members consistently displayed incredible service and professionalism throughout my stay. The hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail – everything from the inviting and spotless rooms to the well-maintained facilities was superb. I’ve never experienced such a clean swimming pool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately, I was ill during the three days I stayed here, but I felt truly at home. The hotel’s location, it’s right in the center, with a nearby shop and the cozy atmosphere And 10 minute walk from the main bus station was perfect. (The stairs to the second floor or just a small staircase And it didn’t take much effort to take my luggage up upstairs. I used to sleeping in 17° on the air conditioner, but at the hotel it only went to 22 but actually it got pretty cold so I can’t say I Notice a huge difference.) The small details, like complimentary drinking water and comfortable sunbeds, added to an already delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place with high quality and caring service. Other hotel owners should check in at this hotel to learn what excellent service and high standards really mean. Thank you for having me!

Stayed 7 days. The inside was designed by a very talented architect. If you are someone who wants to be in the heart of the city while also living somewhere upper class, this is the perfect place for you. My girlfriend and I had the large suite and it was super romantic; a lovely balcony looking out at the hotel's charming poo. The owner is extremely friendly and recommended us endless places to adventure to and eat. I can't recommend this place enough!

Greek people are so welcoming, the owner and her daughter have been the BEST hosts we had during our trip! Great hotel with a beautiful design and perfect location in the city center, we enjoyed a lot the comfy bed and nice swimming pool to rest. The service was exceptional (5 stars!!), friendly and authentic. We felt as friends coming back home in the evening more than clients. We hope to have the pleasure to be back soon. Merci beaucoup !!!
