29.07.2025Our stay at Laguna Coast in Naxos was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully appointed, offering a serene and luxurious setting with outstanding attention to detail throughout the property. From the elegant design to the quality of the amenities, everything is thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and refined experience. The staff were excellent, professional, welcoming, and attentive. Julia, Eleni, and the entire front office team consistently provided outstanding service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The food was another highlight, with a menu that showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients from morning through to evening. We look forward to returning next year with our family and would highly recommend Laguna Coast to those seeking a beautiful and memorable stay in Naxos.

07.07.2025This hotel is a true example of what a small boutique hotel should be. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by staff that stayed in touch with us during our entire stay to plan activities, arrange transportation, etc. The resort is very well appointed with great design and luxurious fixtures. The included breakfast was very good and plentiful. You also have a nice view of the preserve and foliage. I would recommend renting a car as the beaches near the hotel are about ~1 mile and the taxis can become expensive quickly. Also note that the Golden Reef 2-level villa has a shower that is exposed to the room on the upper level.

10.06.2025We had a wonderful stay at Laguna, due in large part to their phenomenal staff. We loved Eleni, Julia, Coralia, Aliki, Marcello, Redon, and, of course, the chef. The hotel was just newly opened when we stayed, and they made us feel at home right away. Everyone was fun, friendly, happy, and helpful. When we first arrived, they sat down with us, pulled out a map of Naxos, and wrote out a whole itinerary for us for our stay, complete with restaurant recommendations in every town. Every recommended stop was excellent. And the team arranged for a rental car to get dropped off for us at the hotel, super easy and simple. The staff was always available and took care of whatever we needed. Sometimes we wondered whether they ever went home! They are all great at what they do. Also: the dinner we ate at the hotel was one of the best meals we had in our 10 days in Greece.

06.07.2025Beautiful hotel with a few kinks to be worked out. Only 2 months old For the most part lovely staff. Amazing breakfast. Make sure your AC works and note that the hotel is not on the beach- you must cross a road and a field... Gorgeous bikes available- for a 15 euro daily charge?

07.05.2025A Wonderful Experience from Start to Finish Upon our arrival at the port, we were greeted by a very polite driver who took us to the hotel. The scenery along the way was beautiful. When we arrived, the ladies at the reception welcomed us with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The suite we stayed in was excellent, fully equipped with everything we needed. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Congratulations to the whole team – we’ll definitely be back soon!
