Very good accomodation conditions. The apartment was clean, with direct access to a nice beach. The host, Kleopatra, was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

I am pleased to recommend Kleopatra Villas not only due to its perfect location (near Kolios beach) and the lovely apartments extremely comfortable, placed in a beautiful garden but also to express my thanks to Kleopatra and her mother for being an example of how to be perfect hosts. We faced together the days when Daniel storm hit Skiathos and they had so much concern for our safety that we can only thank and assure them that we will definitely return one day!

We have spent 10 days at Kleopatra Villas in Skiathos with the family. The accommodation is perfectly located, with direct access to Kolios Beach, close to many other beaches and only 15 mins away from Skiathos town. The apartments are nicely kept, clean, functional. The garden is amazing, with the possibility to use the barbecue, the big tables to eat with friends, and the sunbeds. Kleopatra and the whole staff are very kind and welcoming! We highly recommend it to anyone wanting to spend a nice holiday in Skiathos!

My family rented 2 apartments for one week and everything was as described and as expected. Host was really nice and helpful. Really nice location. You can get to 3 different beaches just by walking and some nice restaurants are also close by. If you don't rent a car the bus station is just in front of the villas. We totally recommend this place.

Kleopatra's villas are in a fabulous location, on a green and quiet lot right on the beach, next to a lovely taverna and just a short drive to the city center. We loved everything about our stay there, with the plus that Kleopatra gave us all the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches.
