We have stayed a couple of nights in July in the Full Sea View apartment, and I can say that this is definitely THE best value for money accommodation in the area! Very clean and spacious room and balcony, great view, everything that you need in the room. Amazing beach in 2 minutes, close to the bus stop. Very family friendly, we stayed with a child and had everything we needed. Owners are amazing. We have also went with Antonis to explore several beaches - and I can definitely recommend it! The price is very affordable. We have had a very challenging travel because our child was car sick, but he was the most patient and understanding person that you could ever meet. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Iolkos apartments for two weeks in August 2024. The hotel is within a stone throw from the beach, convenient to walk there in the morning or get home for a siesta during the hottest hours. And if you're really lucky, like us, you can have a room with a view at the sea. The studios were well-equipped and the cleaning service - excellent. We didn't miss anything in terms of toiletries or supplies and the sheets and towels were changed regularly. Our host, Antonis, welcomed us and made sure to not miss anything. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home. He saved us one time when we accidentally had locked ourselves out of the studio, outside the opening hours of the reception desk. In a discreet, yet tangible and efficient manner he took care of issues that had arisen during our stay. He also provided us with valuable insights on places of interest. On our last day not only did he make sure to have access to showers after our farewell swim, but also arranged for a comfortable transfer to the airport. We left with heavy hearts and a bucket list of more things to do in Crete during a future holiday. Should we ever visit again soon, we would love to stay at Iolkos apartments again! Thank you for your hospitality!

A very friendly welcome. The flat is in perfect condition, well equipped and very well maintained during the stay. Very pleasant balcony with sea view. The air conditioning was perfect, which was much appreciated in very hot weather. Quiet, soundproof flat in the middle of a very quiet residential area. The sea is a 5-minute walk away with a very pleasant beach. All the shops in the main street are a 10-minute walk away (food, chemist, vet, doctor, car hire, etc.). The owner was very helpful in recommending an excellent restaurant right on the beach, and was always available to help us.

Antonis and his wife are amazing hosts! The hotel is clean, comfortable and really well located with the beach at 50 meters and a lot of restaurants in less than a 10-minute walk.

Very nice place and nice manager. Two apartments have great view - they have my strong recommendations. Excellent value for money! And neighboring beach is amazing for kids - long, shallow and very warm water. Only thing that could be improved is double bed - its not completely level. Some people won't notice it, but some might find it unpleasant.
